A2. One professional learning area I took on was really looking at data driven instruction and what that looks like. Applying best practices, listening to teachers and effective protocols. Lots of learning from not getting it right! #HISDAdminChat

A2: Culture is key! When teachers feel appreciated and connected, there is nothing that they won’t do for their kids and campus. Likewise when students know that you see them, they will work hard each and every day to make you proud. #HISDAdminChat

A3). After months of AP review and prep having time to visit and have fun with my seniors after the exam letting them know how much they’ve grown and how proud I am of them! #HISDADMINCHAT
