      this formation killed us last season because they jet mo to trips then run counter back. I like that adjustment with the cb.

    No need to apex the OLB in 3x1! Cover him down! Mike can align in a 40 too & not in his gap. Eliminate the scrn by alignment. #425chat

    Field/boundary defense. Combats motion & tempo. Most teams aren't willing to run FIB all game to attack the Sam/Ni in the box. #425chat
