A1: My Ss really tapped into amplifying their voice after learning about student voice from @PCStuVoiceTeam. They realized that they have great ideas to share. My Ss educated our faculty, BoE, and PTSA about student voice. They earned a seat at the table. #thepeppereffect

I do a little "George Martin" thing (Chapter 1, Side 2 of #ThePepperEffect) and I listen visibly, especially to students. They see it when I include their ideas into my lesson plans, assessments, classroom design, etc. They know that their voice, their opinion is valued.
My school is 60 plus years old the masterpiece is our proud history that has been built there we have multiple members of the same families attend our school and they trust our school it is a masterpiece #thepeppereffect
A2: A masterpiece is anything that you're proud of. Proud of yourself today? You're a masterpiece. Made an amazing google doc? It's a masterpiece. Kids did something they thought they couldn't? Masterpiece. Be proud of everything you accomplish. #thepeppereffect
A2: The White Album. There is nothing more inspiring (and sometimes terrifying) that a blank slate, screen or sheet of paper. It requires imagination, creativity and purpose. With a little guidance, in the case "The Beatles", beautiful moments can arise. #ThePepperEffect
A2: The masterpiece is made up by the unique beauty of its members. When we open up forms and spaces to showcase that beauty, the masterpiece can be appreciated. Student voice student empowerment can become the canvases for this masterpiece. #thepeppereffect

A2: My principle managed to get funding for a "quiet room" - a really cool room with calming atmosphere. There's always a T there so when a S needs quiet time (whether they or the T decide) they can go hang out there. #ThePepperEffect

A3. #ThePepperEffect. At my school, I am leading a municipal vote replication (i.e. mirroring at school an actual municipal election in Toronto this Fall), where students from Grade 4-8 will learn about democracy, think globally, etc. My class will specifically create a website.
