Greeting Ss by name and knowing their stories, surprising staff with fav drinks from Tim Hortons, cleaning cafeteria- anything!

A1: Believe in the potential of all people. Treat them with respect and kindness. Champion those you serve.

A5 I always ask so darn many questions before I leap. Is it still leaping?!?
