    When I was doing my internship in an elementary school years ago, my supervising teacher said, “They pay you to work at school, so don’t take any work home. Don’t stay at work past the time you are supposed to be here.” #mdeschat

    Great ways to find calm! In my classroom I like to play @YoYo_Ma and @ThePianoGuys. I can hear my Ss hum along to some of the tunes we’ve played more frequently. #mdeschat

    This is so true! I learned this very early on. Would take work home and never get around to even touching it, so I stopped. A difference maker, for sure. #mdeschat

    I find this to be difficult as a Special Educator because if Student IEP's and all the documents that go along with them are not complete it's a legal matter. No excuses. Teams need to work together to improve the process! #mdeschat

    We are using Data Wise, but when you have new teachers from other countries it becomes a challenge for them to buy in, especially when some have never used data before #mdeschat

    Faith-based answer: I feel that God has called me to teach, and I am thankful to #WalkInTheCalling daily. Keeps me focused on the work, and growing daily for my Ss. When I stop learning, I need to stop teaching. #mdeschat
