Bang and bounce is taught. Bend just happens. It's still more of a bang then a bend. Wide zone is a cut up play not cut back #zonefballchat

Good LBs always go under the block. Drill this. Force the LB to bubble over top or get blocked. Both creates running space #Zonefballchat
