    Getting out into the school is important. I actually set an alarm when I have tasks at my desk to do that tells me to get up and go every hour. Or else I fall into that trap too. #LeadLAP

    This is a great approach for reflection! I enjoy having a "Peak/Pit" conversation with my family at dinner--we all reflect on our day. I use a similar approach with teachers/leaders but add "Possible Solution" as in--share the pit with a possible solution. #LeadLAP

    I have struggled with that in the past too. I’m doing the #arbonne30 day challenge and it’s nice because they provide you with a grocery list and crock pot dinners. As a single mom with 2 kids one dinner lasts a few days so that’s nice! #LeadLAP #fitnessedu

    A4: I love to be outdoors and enjoy running, bible study, etc. I deliberately have to set morning time (uninterrupted) to run, yoga, swim, bike, and meditate (bible study). I don’t overcommit and have to be careful of the work abyss. #LeadLAP #RunLAP
