A7 amazing question- I'm most on fire when I see Ts & Ss doing something that matters that makes them feel on top of the world-I do my best to bring ideas & lessons to Ts, Ss, & admin that produce that feeling. #leadlap

A5: supporting the Ss & Ts is my daily goal. I do a lot of reading & research (which I love) to figure out how to make that happen. I’ve noticed though they need less of me looking at a screen for answers and more looking & listening to them to be effective. #LEADLap
