Each teacher can choose a focus. WA state has Professional Growth Plans that offer a lot of freedom. Our teachers can choose a common focus & form small groups as well #learnLAP

A5: I try to emphasize a growth mindset and tell them mistakes lead synapses to grow. I tell them that I make mistakes, but the important thing is to learn from them. That helps break down the barrier and shows my Ss I am human. #LearnLAP

#LearnLAP I take-risks. I fail in front of them. Share my struggles. I also, ask for their feedback so when they receive mine they trust me to be honest & adapt from their recommendations. I become better with their guidance & vice-versa
