    A1: As a teacher, it can be hard to take risks, but they are necessary in order to grow. To me, collaborative risk taking means working together and taking a risk because our kids deserve it. #LearnLAP

    A3: I started a Voxer group for Ts in our building to collaborate within. I thought no one would join because we had too much on our plates already, but over 20 Ts have daily conversations centered around professional learning for our Ss. #learnlap

    A5: I try to emphasize a growth mindset and tell them mistakes lead synapses to grow. I tell them that I make mistakes, but the important thing is to learn from them. That helps break down the barrier and shows my Ss I am human. #LearnLAP
