A1: I'm watching a 2003 live recording of Wilco, with a lot of material from the Being There Album. #CreateEDU So, Being There is an inspiration work of inter-disciplinary rock, alt, country and punk. Also a good reminder to live in the moment, if you know what I mean.

A1: I’m definitely drawn to music & a variety of genres! I love the emotional connection that I make to songs. Also, as a former drum major, I find myself randomly conducting when I hear the beats. #CreateEdu#ThePepperEffect
A1: I am a big fan of Avatar. From a teaching perspective, it reminds me of how we often become what our studens need us to be in order to create a world of wonder for them :) #createedu

A2: Masterpiece = optimal experience for end user. As educators, citizens and family members, we should always strive for optimal/more perfect experience #CreateEDU. Masterpieces illuminate the way. They inspire, encourage, challenge and carry on...
A1: Great painters and sculptors were classically trained. They learned the rules before knowing when to break them. So too is it true with education. We must focus on fundamentally sound pedagogy as a baseline prerequisite first. #createEdu

A2 any output that students make is a masterpiece. It is the way you react to what they create that makes it a masterpiece. Make a deal about it. Take a photo and share it. Students love it. #CreateEdu

A1: when it comes to masterpieces it’s very important to see the work that went into the masterpiece. Which is documented for many works of art. And quite messy and tortured (sometimes) #CreateEdu
Creation is intention blended with wonder, the willingness to try something and see what happens and then cycle back to intention... do I let this stay in the final version? #CreateEDU
A2: As educators, each day is a new opportunity to write a beautiful story or create a masterpiece!! We have to be intentional, creative, and focused on making the most of each opportunity!! #CreateEdu#ThePepperEffect

A3 I have students write tutorials to share with the outside world. I let the outside world tell them how awesome their work is. They already know that I am their cheerleader, they want to hear it from others. #CreateEdu

A3: I share what I'm doing as much as possible and loudly proclaim the primacy of simple, replicable text heavy lessons full of reading, writing, speaking, and listening in English to the near exclusion of everything else. #CreateEDU
A3 In some ways, masterpiece work is living in beta. A work is a masterpiece when it breaks into a new realm, not when it rehashes the same old stuff. Classrooms should be life in beta #CreateEdu
A3: As we collaborate with future generations, Masterpieces will come in different forms and functions. We all have access to information, content creation tools and networks. How we orchestrate learning in this continual context will create the conditions Masterpieces #CreateEDU

A3: I demonstrate belief in my own masterpieces by saying NO to fear. I've learned over the years, the something that sounds a tad bit scary....is bound to help me grow and possibly produce something beautiful. #CreateEDU#ThePepperEffect
A4: The term "masterpiece" might feel intimidating but if we break it down into smaller pieces, we can get closer to our goals. So my next steps... breaking down a scary task into chunks that I can tackle one by one. #createedu

A3: In my school I have been able to help others embrace the power of relationships through book clubs with my book. The meaningful thing to me though is how my colleagues have embraced and supported me through this journey. They are all masterpieces to me :) #createedu
A4 Creating a masterpiece starts with finding a blank canvas, a need to be filled, a problem to be solved; the hard part is persisting when things don't go according to plan. Re-commit, persist, pivot when necessary #CreateEDU
A4: Give my Ss the time and space to meaningfully create, struggle, learn and grow. The masterpiece is in the work. The masterpiece is in the struggle. #CreateEDU
