#satchat I agree... It is a privilege to serve/support students and their families. The heart of my work lies with my students. We all benefit from each other.
#satchat Listening with purpose and curiosity. I may not always agree, but everyone's voice and perspective matters. Trying to find opportunities to highlight ideas.... builds trust and respect.
Listening and attempting to understand is necessary to learn in a formative manner - in the classroom or beyond. We are all learners, its a life long journey. #satchat
A2: This is why we need more personalized PD. Can’t model listening when PD is admin talking at Ts. Need to listen to problem & build solutions together. #satchat
A3: This year teachers are choosing their topics for PLC’s. Try to match up with similar requests. Tougher on my schedule, but worth it when Ts get what they need. #satchat
#BCCRSS - https://t.co/5jLhO507OA#CNN: Former diplomats are raising concerns as a nominee with ties to Mike Pence is tapped for a US State Department job
A3 #satchat Promoting the @TeachSDGs@TheGlobalGoals The world needs everyone's help to be sustainable. Everyone can have an impact. All ideas matter, look different in communities, but make the world better.
Thanks - good to ‘see’ you again.
It’s working well so far. Overall topic is online @Schoology tests, some Ts already ‘graduated’. Some are giving 1st test this month. #satchat
