    I literally nodded off at my computer yesterday after a stressfulstaff meeting & while trying to fit too many reading groups with too few leaders. I packed up and went home to bed. There will be outside time with the dogs before the laptop is opened today. #CatholicEdChat

    A3: This one is critical for me to be my best. I run every day (today will be my 1569th day in a row), spend quiet time in the morning with a devotional and journal before everyone rises in the morning. This discipline makes a difference in my tone for the day. #CatholicEdChat
