A1: In my elem art room "flipped" means I don't demo, I create a video! Takes less time, no interruptions! More time 4 Ss to create.

A2: We have used G-Classroom to create a badging system for our Ss. All assignments are complete with vids, links,organizers,rubrics

A2 Fllipped lessons last year in my SS class. Flipped a faculty meeting-Watch the video ahead of time and we can use time effectively

We have to be intentional know matter what we do. Will always have some who don't "do" the HW. Have to be flexible.
