I find that if I am interested in something, I tweet about it. It took me a long time to actually like twitter. One thing I found was that if I made myself tweet once a day for a month it was less work/intimidating when i actually cared about what I was tweeting #saskedchat

Needs to be refined more but I had students create a script, and perform it, they also needed to create props and costumes. Time consuming and it did not go off perfectly, but it something I would look at doing again #saskedchat
Have them do New Reports with @DoInkTweets green screen, script and perform - then do live on the street cameos, do a version of Dance with the Almost Stars for dance. #saskedchat

I let them go free with it. We ended up with a great play about a Cheeto stealing unicorn in Scotland. Watching them create something with no boundaries was incredible. But giving them a topic or some restraint would not be the worst idea. #saskedchat

Yes, this! A window into people's lives is sometimes the best use of Twitter. I tweet about school, politics, my kids and my hobbies. A different segment of followers gets something different from each of those.

I think part of it is because when you are at school, and you are miserable you feel like everyone is having a better life than you and you just snap. There are definitely other triggers but those are my thoughts #saskedchat
Honestly, whenever I have to do something more complex than a one-shot, I always reach for Premiere/After Effects because I know how to use them. #saskedchat

My students are in love with @codeorg. They had zero coding abilities three weeks ago, did some off the hour of code tutorials (that are similar to Scratch) and this week finished off video games that relate to a historic figure #saskedchat

Because I use them daily, it's almost as fast for me as anything else. Really, though - just find something you're happy with and keep using it to build proficiency. I would never have guessed I'd be as comfortable with AE as I am a decade ago when I started using it. #saskedchat
