    It has been a little crazy. Since we are on block and missed a day because of ice before Thanksgiving, it has been a bit of catch up. How about you? #IDedchat

    It's been crazy. Realizing how little time is left in the semester before final exam review/testing with so much to still cover. This new schedule has thrown me off. #idedchat

    We have 3 wks and 1 day. With block, that means I have 7 more meetings with each class including finals. Crazy how fast this semester has gone. #IDedchat

    It took me quite a while to get there. I think part of it was looking for admin jobs as soon as I was finished. It was a continuous process of recalling everything from classes. #IDedchat

    Yeah, since I was looking at admin jobs last year that may not distract me, but create more anxiousness. It was a bit of a reality check as I received my new name-tag at work. #idedchat

    Agreed. They have taught me so much over the years. I have so many tools that I can now take with me as I look for admin jobs, as well as ways to better my teaching career. #idedchat

    It took me doing admin for 10 years to have the perspective to come back into the classroom and make me better there. I feel like I have more impact right now in the classroom than in an office. Take your time. You will know when the right spot comes along for you. #IDedchat

    Oh absolutely. I'm not sure if I'm ready to be done teaching, or if I'm ready to move into administration. When the moment comes, I'll know. Until then, I get to enjoy the ride. #idedchat

    Sometimes you make the move and are ready, but miss the one thing you can somewhat control on a daily basis (your impact on lives of set group of students daily). #IDedchat

    I was interviewed today by the @LCHSBears Yearbook Staff. Why did I become an educator. My comment was that no job has an impact to shape the future more than being a teacher. That’s why I do it. I love the idea of helping to change the world. #IDedchat
