All schools encounter this at some point. The loss of a student or a staff member or the need to make sense of something global. #INZPirED

We use mentors and counsellors to support. Discuss events in mentor time/assemblies/PSHE. #INZPirED The one thing we don’t do is ignore.

@KSThakral @Ajarn_Adam I agree, often need to lead with the head and the heart. A 24 year former student had a funeral yesterday.#INZpirED
