Welcome to the - Let's celebrate Gene Wilder's life by thinking about teaching in terms of Willy Wonka. https://t.co/uhlQp5jZ75
Hi, everyone! Kimberly, Media Specialist from Daytona Beach here!
Hey there, & !
How's school treatin' ya?
Hi! Adam from Va Beach. K-12 principal
In and out of (as usual) Suppertime is delayed by a visit from the neighbour kid.
Pretty good--really busy! How's yours going?
Jay, Gimli, MB here by the way
I will let you know when we actually start! LOL
&
What's shakin', Adam & Jay?
AMAZING! I love my class!
Hi guys
Carl from Avonsleigh Australia... waiting for my maths faculty meeting to begin...
Hey Carl, how's tomorrow?
Hi Kimberley. Back on the treadmill.
A1. We are going to pilot genius hour for the first time this year.
A1. I try to keep things as open-ended as I possibly can. Give them choices.
Allow Ss opportunity to be curious & explore new things. Let them have the key to the Wonka Mobile. https://t.co/AXxe9kBPKA
Tomorrow is sunny. Much nicer than today which was cold and wet.
hello pencil chat Carrie from Fl glad to be here
A1 I try to subvert reality whenever I can.
Hi Teresa. One more sleep.
we will do genius hour this year and I think reading encourages imagination !!
A1: free choice. Creativity & imagination cannot be controlled.
Oh goodness, thank you for reminding me to reinstate !
A1) Create environments like Wonka did. Draw Ss in, engage them, allow for flexibility + discovery. https://t.co/zcLGoJSnRd
A1) I throw out lots of improbable suggestions and make considering the unlikely the norm
this is JUST MY WEEK I write/teach/think/breathe imagination in education! Where to start... https://t.co/uyYyIKD3iC
First day back in teacher mode... PD...
A1) Ask good hypothetical questions. What if? What would happen? What could happen?
I reject your reality and substitute my own.
I am also so exited we are opening huge Makerspace room soon !!
A1 employing , empathy fueled problem solving, encourages wild imagination in service of meeting others needs
Aren't you back at school tomorrow. I have an alpaca pic ready for you to put in your lunchbox and everything
A1: we try stuff, we talk about it, we build a culture of doing different things... I model by trying new stuff & sharing that
Agree. Imagination has no bounds if you build suspense-let them find the golden ticket.
Laurie from FL. Finally digging my way out of paperwork.
L-Boogie! Howdy! I feel like I just saw you a few minutes ago.
A1. If the culture is there, I can say, "This is content I want, show me it however you want."
YES!!!!! Staff day. Woohoo! Can't wait to see it!
imagination is heart of ALL learning. Evoke EMOTION 2 evoke IMAGINATION: STORY/humour/imagery/game https://t.co/aRAjtxV5zJ
Asking is so easy & creates so many possibilities https://t.co/siE9o6C14H
A1) Ask good hypothetical questions. What if? What would happen? What could happen?
Love and anything that supports and innovation.
Actually the days aren't that good until kids turn up. Schools feel empty without them
A1: to build on I follow others, & beg, borrow, steal & remix their stuff. https://t.co/52Lo7DEc6H
A1 employing , empathy fueled problem solving, encourages wild imagination in service of meeting others needs
Yeah he does https://t.co/MyiZmoWslj
A1: we try stuff, we talk about it, we build a culture of doing different things... I model by trying new stuff & sharing that
YESSSSS!
https://t.co/tfK5Z51kOP
A1: to build on I follow others, & beg, borrow, steal & remix their stuff. https://t.co/52Lo7DEc6H
A1 employing , empathy fueled problem solving, encourages wild imagination in service of meeting others needs
YES! The BIG day will be Tuesday. Do I get 2 pics?
I always spend money on when you and I chat...
And, like I encourage others to take what I've shared and run with it!
And then per https://t.co/8MQgPjvhGV
A1: to build on I follow others, & beg, borrow, steal & remix their stuff. https://t.co/52Lo7DEc6H
A1 employing , empathy fueled problem solving, encourages wild imagination in service of meeting others needs
A1 Magic & mystery and change things up to keep Ss engaged. Focus on their curiosity- science is cool. https://t.co/IzGyALtwiF
A1: jumping in- I use their interest and integrate with relevant tech tool
A1) It's important to me that students question and challenge everything. Empowering the Q: "why?" ignites curiously/learning
Sorry I'm late. Toni from Macomb, IL
YEAH!!!!!!! I need to place an order....as soon as I get paid.
A1: I also create multiple learning stations; so like Wonka's factory students can "taste" learning
A1 I try to give them free choice in how they accomplish their work
You're speaking my language! and are great opps for kids.
Hey there, fellow Martian!
A1: we start next week. I have an idea for Day 1, some big picture stuff, lots of stuff I want to try, and that's bout it.
A1 ask them what they like to do
A2) Give them a soundtrack to which they can craft, create, and compose.
A2: I love music. I have it in the classroom as much as I can especially when they have to free write.
Music for brain breaks up beat tunes, science themed for labs-Weird Science-and classical when working. https://t.co/crQqZePVOr
A2 It's funk and non-cussin' hip hop in the morning for Ss' entrance into third grade each day!
A2. When I was a T, I used therapeutic music on loop. Kids rolled their eyes at first. Couldn't live w/o it after a week
Willy was so smart! A2 I ask Ss (university) 2 indicate how diff tune/tone/rhythms evoke concepts https://t.co/6ocPR3q3AL
A2) Pandora/YouTube Channels play constantly when Ss are working. We listen to Spanish Top Hits - Student Choice of course! 😄
Thought that went without sayin'!
Hi Spiri.
Hope you had a great Tuesday
A2) Play Pink Floyd instrumentals, music from film soundtracks, Zeppelin, Rush
A2: it's often on while we work. We study it too. Would love to go much deeper!
When we're cool with looking dumb, they're free to make mistakes! For sure.
A2)
I take songs and change the lyrics to suit what I am teaching.
then there always is ...
https://t.co/wxrdXurWfB
A2. We did a full analysis of Springsteen's Nebraska last year, the wrote our own pieces inspired by his work.
I love to play music when they are working.. Usually Disney on Pandora
I am an expert of being silly and making them feel good about themselves.
A2 We use Erik Satie music for quiet reading focus. It's such a difference from rocking out to Can I Kick It in the morning.
Lot's of inspirational songs out there too, or songs about healthy relationships
They taste just like snozzberries!
I fell off the curb at the dentist today....reading & walking.
several of us are experts at silliness but we have to comfortable with ourselves to do so
A2 my kids made a rap to math facts. Too funny!
Strongly considering doing the same with The Tragically Hip this year, cuz, well, I've been listening to the a lot.
I got my foot stuck in reusable bag at Wegmans yesterday. Don't ask...
I also let studnet put headphone in and listen to music during "just do your questions" time do they can focus
I tripped and fell into the ocean today. Not really but that sounded funny
A2. The theme from Magnum P.I. is exactly 1 minute long. That's the perfect amount of time for cleaning up after a project.
For sure - when I wanna feel patriotic here & can't watch the West Wing, there's always Aaron Copeland music.
I bow to your dabbing skills
A2) Ss write songs, create own music for iMovies on always listening to something from classical to The Heavy
It made me laugh out loud!
makes the atmosphere primed 4 growth mindset/failing forward!
the upside to an iPod full of mellow hipster folk... Good calming music. Public Enemy or punk to rile 'em
Hi. David from VA. Just dropping in.
A2 We're writing a rap song with a verse about each student.
Hello Carl! I had quite the Tuesday...started w/ a strange dream 😳
Yes! Some need to shut out the world and focus. I'd do it more often if I could!
Hello beautiful 😊 How are you? 😊❤️
A2. This year the Eng Ts at my school will be using the Musical Hamilton as a framework for teaching the Eng &isomer SocSt SOL
A2. I choose music that "goes with" what we are doing. Quieter for more mellow activities, more energetic for more busy ones.
A3 a chocolate 3D Printer
A2: music sets the tone...provides background...adds intrigue! It tells the story of where you want the class to go!
A2. When teaching art, we started class with one song sketches. I could mess with time, mood via song choice!
YASS! I love so much. It really engaged some tough Ss last year!
Was it the one where everything is out of control.
That's the collective "ready to go back to school" teacher dream
Tell stories, let loose & play & laugh. Let them create children's books & share w/ elementary Ss. https://t.co/dprblZBQPn
A3. Set up your space for all kinds of interaction. The kids will make magic together!
Chris from PA coming in late. Garden still has priority since it is summer.
A3. Connecting the learning to arts helps bring magic. And so do connections to Ss real life.
A3. Making the classroom so welcoming that kids can't help but be excited to come to school
A3: by creating a sense of inquiry, personal interest, wondering aloud with peers, questions without "an" answer.
If it was the dream with the 7 cows playing 7 trombones it means you are going to become King.
Need to explore that with writing, he tweeted at himself.
About me! (Just kidding. Who wouldn't want to dream about my smiling face?)
OMG I LOVE that idea!!!!!!!! WANT!
Any lesson ideas you can send my way that I can share with the rest of the dept?
A3) I'm bringing magic to classrooms by reading to each class every month. I've started with "Going Places."
A3: Magic through art, music, storytelling. Let the imagination live!
I noticed no kids in that actual photo
A3: build the thing without them knowing. Last year, we did a bunch of related writing tasks around conformity. Analysis, etc +
And the inside is filled with learning sauce?
You have to follow the theme of the chat w/ your Gifs!!!!!!
If I jump in the ball pit, there'll be no kids there at the time, too...
A3: my love & passion is my magic for the classroom. Ss know that I care for them & that I am there to listen to them.
Like Willy Wonka's place the classroom is magic because it's a place determined by your imagination. Just don't ride the swans
Yes, thank you! First two days of school in the books!
A3: weren't there magic sand castles at one time in the past or am i just recalling bad UHF commercials?
No, I just used some of the songs to get my non-responsive 3rd grade boys to prick up their ears...
I spell like an Oompa Loompa!
you only dream faces you know. Your dreams can't make up faces.
Then, I told 'em they needed to write me a long essay about conformity in a short time.. They freaked. I referred to what +
Hey can I jump into ? Peg, Instruc Coach/Rdg Spec from MKE!
That is awesome!I am glad it helped!
Hello I'm at a board meeting and thought I'd check Twitter and say, "Hi!"
A3) Connecting w/ Ss is key, listening, talking, playing games, we share jokes, laugh, sing, dance FUN https://t.co/k9YPQyF0tA
Already written, & boom, essays appeared pretty easily... Like magic?
Do you have a Golden Ticket? That's all it takes.
A3: Ss need to have a say in what they want in the room! Make it unique! Make it special! Make it pure imagination each day!
A2 When I had my skills class, I always used music 2 introduce poetry & have Ss used music as a way to express their own poems
You know, I might have gotten the idea for that book from you!
A3 I play games and my students and I have some fun after we have done our work.
This is so much better than a board mtg.
Hi sandy.
Is there any food at the board meeting.
Please tweet pics of donuts
I am hiding to get this stunning photo. It is tough Benghazi Twitter hot
Oh so sad!! All of MKE is in mourning for our guy! We loved Gene! https://t.co/LDmubE9CrV
Do you have a Golden Ticket? That's all it takes.
A2: I use for brain breaks and transitions; for morning inspirations and morning meeting
A3 For me, classes with silliness, acceptance, love, and humor provide a lot more magic in them than the other classes.
A3: Also, if you model being blown away by the cool shhhhtuff that happens, they'll roll with that, finding the everyday magic!
I have more when you need them!!!!!!
A3: SCIENCE! Anything with electricity can be tied with magic!!
A3: Ss need to discover that magic is just believing in yourself. We can create our own magic.
A4 Nothing wrong w/ a little productive struggle to get Ss engaged. Make it too easy & they're not interested
Nope--just a crowded meeting
Yes but never as fancy as yours (at a reasonable price)
No donuts in this maths faculty meeting
I fall forward quite a bit!
is now trending in USA, ranking 42
A3 It's all about the relationships; that's the foundation. Then trust the Ss, and give them a chance to talk. And listen!
PrincipalFrench sandeeteach Yes but never as fancy as yours (at a reasonable price)
No donuts in this … https://t.co/6bvVjvoQEw
A4 I know that I admit when I make a mistake and they love to hear and see that as a teacher I'm not perfect either
A serious question here: Is Willy Wonka the first movie you think of when Gene Wilder's name is mentioned?
Hi Sean- long time no chat! Good to at least have an op to say hi :0
A4: school is the perfect place to take risks. If we make it that way, then they will. Cuz, well, it kind of doesn't matter!
A4. Not really sure about this one--except making it safe to make mistakes.
A4b Convo lately @ our school is around grade inflation. It seems that just now Ts are realizing it's happening.
Kids LOVE science. That is always a favorite. Any age!
A4. Suspense. Get interested as a T as to where the lesson/discovery is leading. The suspense is contagious.
There's no first, it's more like a wave of movies that hit me!
I just discovered the best donuts in the Twin Cities. . They're on my way to work.
A4 let them fail but be supportive
OK Maths Faculty meeting happening
Must go
Have a great night
I'd like to move a motion.
"That the meeting adjourn for donuts... and some cake with little silver balls on it."
A4: create suspense,uncertainty, ambiguity about learning,situations, https://t.co/Cmu4dGaUqL on Ss curiosity/ thrill seeking.
Donuts on the way to work? That's dangerous!
Is this chat down weekly?
A4) Taking risks & tinkering in the "danger zone" may help to engage Ss & pull in reluctant learners. https://t.co/QAWcCfIBxc
Smoke & Mirrors. In my room crushing cans w/steam & burning gummy bears & frog dissection- oh my! https://t.co/0urKSCHifK
nope. See No Evil, Hear No Evil
That's funny, I THOUGHT I had enough for everyone.... ;)
I wish! I was cooking & serving a Twitter friend over easy eggs at my house 🤔
A4 If context is supportive then Ss can take RISKS, wonder&wander in learning! They can FAIL FORWARD. https://t.co/QD4zm94Tue
A4) We can talk all whispery & act like we're on some suspenseful quest!
He did so many great roles & I didn't hear the Little Prince mentioned. His work w/ Brooks & Pryor comes 1st.
A4: push yourself to the limit. Take your own risks! Make your Ss see that challenges push us to big ideas and to act on them.
A3 So great.I encourage RA @ HS level. Sme Ts thnk it's 4 elmn Ss. I model how 2 do RA 2 show its power https://t.co/Ug2noGsXBA
A3) I'm bringing magic to classrooms by reading to each class every month. I've started with "Going Places."
What if you only met them once to 10 minutes?
A4 - It can be socially dangerous for Ss to "try hard" and own their own learning. We need to provide those opportunities often
A4: Ss may think danger lies in the risks they may have to take.
Can't help but picture them on the other side, giving whoever's in charge the gears!
You bet it's dangerous. Especially the maple bacon logs with a full piece of bacon. https://t.co/ZHayQ1pyek
Donuts on the way to work? That's dangerous!
A4 There is curiosity abound in science & a flick of the wrist & it can seem dangerous & magical. https://t.co/2Gvg96rHWP
A4 model managed risk taking for yer students, be vulnerable, create low risk, high reward opportunities
A4: consider danger=risk. had a student2 day that wanted to take a risk- he never presented a lesson before and today he did!
Awesome! You can find the treasure if you just look at the map. Trust yourself. https://t.co/suoaHPHgaa
A3: Ss need to discover that magic is just believing in yourself. We can create our own magic.
ok-- I guess you deserve a treat once in awhile
A4 I find that when we talk about history - including the danger in our stories makes them more compelling.
It's a shame Pryor couldn't do Blazing Saddles.
says it more eloquently than I do!
A4 Same thing when tchng English. Ss loved to hear abt crazy authors & their wild lives! https://t.co/k7ehkWrWFz
A4 I find that when we talk about history - including the danger in our stories makes them more compelling.
I fail all the time because we are trying things that I never done before
Yes! Build a community of trust & amazing what students will try w wonder rather than worry https://t.co/A5rdbdYZds
A4 If context is supportive then Ss can take RISKS, wonder&wander in learning! They can FAIL FORWARD. https://t.co/QD4zm94Tue
Amen. Make the class rigorous & challenging and they may feel fear but push thru knowing failure is ok.
A5. I like natural consequences as much as possible. Other than that, the kids and I talk it out.
My pa in law loves to tell the story of when my wife's sister came home from school, having watched that at school!
I played Pure Imagination many times today during and in between classes!
Good point! Risks can be different for different students. How do we nudge them all towards the danger zone?
Yes. it is also mpo for a discussion about risks. Need to know how they define it before we address it.
A5: My 8th garders created their own action plan (to be on time) AND consequences for themselves.
I use consequences from the class rules that the students decided were a good choice. I also have positives for them.
and that is why you are the
A5: consequences need to address the behavior, not the S. Safety is key, but also the ability to learn w/o disruption.
A5: Sometimes natural consequences (not completing work, "forgetting" to come up during lunch.....)
A5 absences are the thing. Really come down hard on. We do group projects and hard to replace when missed
A5: seeing my face everyday should be their golden ticket! lol
A5: I mostly talk about the impact on our learning community. That's our purpose, and what we value.
A5 My Ss and I will be setting up pos. and neg. consequences in our ClassCraft accounts tomorrow. Aim is to stay constructive.
Thank you Peg! So sweet 😊
A5) I like consequences in which we fix, repair, or make things better. We're using restorative practices this year.
Oh my gosh a song just popped into my head.....
Good pt. There are so many events that can be rd aloud where risks produced success (history).
Turning them all into giant blueberries seems like a lot more fun though! https://t.co/45t5fC7eFb
A5. I like natural consequences as much as possible. Other than that, the kids and I talk it out.
A5: just joking on first part! But helps A LOT with consequences and positive behavior; morning/afternoon meeting
A5: Ss face consequences, but the consequences are also presented with techniques of how to improve behavior. Need both.
Exactly! Had a KG today who couldn't sit & who played bball w/himself on the rug w/out bothering anyone. Carried on.
A5 For the most part self control & students redirect themselves as a group. Community goals=ownership https://t.co/VkEhQa3uIR
A5.1:Ss need to discuss and understand what IS ok- we are a PBIS school- Ss come to classroom with basis- T works to implement.
What is Pure Imagination?
I like this idea a lot. That's our biggest time thief!
wow! My kind of school. Did they get 'badges'?
oh, I found someone else to help me learn!
Are you thinking Kenny Loggins? Danger Zone?
the song Willy Wonka sings when the children first see his factory! Look up Gene Wilder's version!
I also enjoy restorative practices. When students waste time of others, they get penalized from time.
Squirmy kids don't bother me. It's their way of focusing.
Sounds perfect. Ss can benefit from isolating the action & consequences.
Can you imagine showing that now?
A5: this year, I'm incorporating PokemonGo for them to earn points to level up and earn Pokemon. Points can be taken away.
Q5 Making sure that consequences fit the student. Some students don't respond to certain things. Can't be the same for all
W/ every action comes a reaction.
Yep! https://t.co/0Pu4LwRKta
Q5 Making sure that consequences fit the student. Some students don't respond to certain things. Can't be the same for all
A5) If I truly want what's best for Ss, explaining rationale for discipline as a function of love eliminates "me vs. you"
Don't let them shrink our learning. https://t.co/oJFAktzWy5
I also enjoy restorative practices. When students waste time of others, they get penalized from time.
I have college students so it is even more important that they be there
A5) I see it as a huge opportunity in self reflection, how else could you have handled that? https://t.co/K5zHDPxiw8
A5 I tell them as a group make the right choices others will be watching. So far Ss are self monitoring https://t.co/cSLUFxoruw
Yes. Behavior is contagious and when everyone in sync fun and excitement brews!
I'm a squirmy adult, how can I be upset with the kids? I drive THEM crazy sometimes!
Don't think so, especially w/ a certain word. In HS watched Dr. Zhivago & T cover the projector during scenes.
It's important to allow for the natural consequences. A lot of off task=stress of not having time to get things done.
I love to annoy them with loud noises in the morning!
A5: my district also has a Fun Friday for Ss every week for 20 minutes. Ss with behavior/hw problems do not participate.
That's awesome! I may try that w/4th & 5th! Thanks!
This is slightly creepy...
I can yell at 'em, and manage things for 'em, but they need to figure this out for themselves.
Patience and having their peers model; this student will become a class leader so he will mentor others https://t.co/gPrIwaFR9y
Good point! Risks can be different for different students. How do we nudge them all towards the danger zone?
Glad someone else thought so. I just thought I had that sort of mind.
My Ss are having "fun" in class and they're in your class "bored"...but that's none of my business. https://t.co/qR8DZic7WG
I am ALWAYS thinking Kenny Loggins "Danger Zone"
A6. Lead by example. I'm definitely flawed but I'm always respectful.
What of Ss who struggle with those things? There are some who would never have a fun Friday.
My big rule is the ol' "Be nice or leave."
A6: RA to develop character traits through discussion; then lead to observation and discussion of peers and ourselves.
Remind me to bring my Lucha mask next time we meet.
Model proper social skills-I tell them some adults don't know how to behave. You do b/c I see it. https://t.co/vQO5GMbXXj
A6 I firmly believe our Ss do not have character flaws. Call me naive. It's constant modeling from us-emo, phy & mentally
A6: provide Ss opportunities to show their true character. Embrace their character and build on their strengths.
you know most of my tweets are done to only entertain me
A6: honest, open discussion. We are ALL on a journey, none of us perfect, all of us growing. Adults too.
there are very few exceptions, but that time is also spent with those Ss addressing/talking about the issues.
That philosophy worked well for the animators at Warner Bros. when they made Looney Tunes.
We use a good morning song. They have to greet a Ss,shake hands, and give a smile. We practice giving compliments.
even then, are we putting ourselves at odds with the Ss whose "mean" is a mere cry for help?
A6 I share stories of bad behaviors & how to stay the path of proper behav. It is choice, A time & a place.
How many of our consequences impact us? Do we give ourselves detention? Does the removal of fun or free time work?
A6) Lead by example, model empathy, kindness, assist others in school community, we may be flawed but we're loving people
Respect is key! Often wonder what has happened to the trait.
OMG! You are one dedicated principal!!!
I don't mean that disrespectfully. Just continuing the conversation as a curious learner.
Awesome! :) Authorized last March.
A6 It's mostly just about talking feelings, kindness, and what works when things are hard. I tend to do things as they come.
A6. Model, talk it out, quietly praise ones who make good choices. Some Ss don't like public compliments.
Missing this WEDNESDAY morning - have meeting with supervisor catch you next week.
I figured as much, but had to ask. I know places where there'd never be fun Friday for some kids.
That's awesome Todd! I'll need to pick your brain about that. That's motivating work! Well done!
Oh, for sure! Mean is often a goal conflict.
A6 Find the calm, think before you speak, empathy, inside voices, focus on others around you, respect. https://t.co/KI3ujwwYKO
I've been at RRHS 4 3 yrs! We've been authorized for 15 yrs. Excited 2 go 2 Nashville Nov 4 training! https://t.co/kzaFZUdxzG
Awesome! :) Authorized last March.
Shoot too late for East Coasters like me. Will check out the archive.
I walk through the lunch line and they practice being polite to the cafeteria staff. 😊 https://t.co/PuxUNlhRet
Respect is key! Often wonder what has happened to the trait.
A6 Yes, talking and modelling. They should be drowning in good examples at school! https://t.co/4AzctMS07F
A6 It's mostly just about talking feelings, kindness, and what works when things are hard. I tend to do things as they come.
I understand. Luckily at our school, it really motivates our Ss to do better & try their best.
A7 To me, the only two things that make you a good person are trying hard and being kind. Everything else is goal attainment.
A7. I'm the greeter. I work hard to learn names (over 700 right now) and greet them by name each day.
A7: my teaching is saturated w/ kindness
A7 I brought in treats 4 my Ss.I told them evry cookie, evry brownie baked w/ "butter & love." I really meant it & they knew it
That is really doggone impressive!
A7 Listen to students. Give them a voice. Positive FB, smile & compliment, talk to them on s pers level https://t.co/ta6kxBaEu1
A7) I love this quote: "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care." - Theodore Roosevelt
A7) To know my Ss on a personal level, to personalize learning, to understand behaviors, to support them always.
Q6 Using cause and effect. Students brainstorm how they feel when someone acts in a positive way and why they feel that way
It's lots of repetition. Just call me Dory!
A7: kindness presents that you care. Once that feeling is established Ss will so amazing things! Be kind!
A7) Mama told me as a little girl, I say to my kids& to Ss Be nice and kind to everyone you meet, it's the easiest thing to do
A7 1 of our new Ts tell a Ss he couldn't cont. w/ exprimnt bcause didn't have goggles on: "I want u 2 b safe bcause I love you"
Be nice to Jo - she lives in the future!
A7: Kindness is key. I stress acceptance &self-awareness which helps Ss strengthen in kindness. Not sure if that makes sense.
A7 Not matter what a S does, I will treat them with respect and show them they have someone who cares. Other Ss see that
This is my favorite gif in ages!
Wilder wanted to also be known for his smile not the disease he suffered. Spread kindness thru smiles.
Each day is a fresh start for all of them.
I'm so glad you caught the reference! I knew I liked you!
Such a lovely man. We could all choose to be lovely, and how would the world be? :)
A7 To converge with one of the greatest Ts I had, Dr. Offutt, said, "Help people, don't hurt them."
A7 Kindness is a smile and a look of I am so happy you are here! Truly listen & show interest in them. https://t.co/SuGy7pqzQE
So glad to return to from my summer respite.
Great shows make for solid gif game!
6th Grader: (about me) She will never yell at you, but will use a firm voice.
You just can't help but smile when someone does!
That's the truth and our Ss should be smiling especially since so many may have a difficult life.
I used to love to lay upside down on the merry go round and turn the sky into a lake...
- I finally have an Instagram () & I constantly post pics of my classroom if you're interested. Thanks! :)
