Q2: I start by having partners create 5 norms, they share, and we choose the most common ones to adopt for our class.
A2: We set goals as well. Goal setting is extremely important in my classroom. Always keep the end in mind even at 7 years old.
It shows that we all have short term and long term goals. We are all human.
They always set the same goals but they "own" them if they are involved in the creation, so true sir!
