Who are my examples of success and, yes, failure? #leadLAP
A2: Here’s a twist - I recently asked and wondered about the table. Yes, it’s metaphorical, but I started thinking ... the table is not where I am. It’s where they are. As I lead, I go to where they are. To recognize, to listen, to understand, to celebrate #leadlap
A2: I honour the strengths that others bring to the table by recognizing the great work they are doing and tapping them on the shoulder to share at different times throughout the year. Social media has been a great way to celebrate these strengths as well. #leadlap

As we serve through our leadership, we honor the strengths others bring to the table. What are some ways you make this happen? How can you tell they realize your belief in them? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief

A2: Regular conversations with staff: Reflecting back the strengths I see, checking how things are going for them, and asking how I can help support #LeadLAP
A:1 I’m passionate about public education. Therefore, my core belief is that the opportunity to be financially independent should be provided to every kid. I want my school system to be the best in the US at preparing a kid for college and life. #leadLAP
Q1: PASSION + PURPOSE
Your passions & purpose speak to your why. What are your core beliefs as a leader? How do you communicate these to others in your school and community? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
A2. Create a notebook and begin by adding a marvelous statement about an educators in your building, place it in their mailbox and ask that they add a new statement about someone else and put it in their mailbox. LOTS of positive statements would be shared in a year #LeadLAP
A2. We empower staff to contribute their strengths- some it’s thru PD, some leading assemblies, other social gatherings. Key is to always get everybody’s feedback and then support them when they lead. “Smartest person in the room is the room.” #LeadLAP
A2:It's important to focus on strengths when we roll up our sleeves and do the work.Too many times we discuss what's not working.Let's focus on what is and build from there.Create opportunities for Ts and Ss to share strengths in a variety of ways and celebrate them! #LeadLAP
Q2: STRENGTHS-FOCUSED
As we serve through our leadership, we honor the strengths others bring to the table. What are some ways you make this happen? How can you tell they realize your belief in them? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
Q2: STRENGTHS-FOCUSED
As we serve through our leadership, we honor the strengths others bring to the table. What are some ways you make this happen? How can you tell they realize your belief in them? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
A2: You have to show them with your actions and words. We have "TIGER Moments" (Turning Inspirational Gains into Educational Results). Everyone's moment looks different and should be. I recognize them for that and appreciate the well-rounded team it creates. #LeadLAP
A2: When honoring someone strengths we must genuine and authentic! Sometimes it a kind word, a handwritten note, or even a fist bump. Other times it’s public praise &/or recognition. If it’s not genuine it’s FAKE & everyone knows it. Let’s not make that mistake. #LeadLAP
A2cont: There are many on every campus that are the quieter voices. Custodial staff, yard duty supervisors, community partners, ... we must meet them where they are. #leadlap
A2 I honor the strengths of my team by continually honoring voice. Support where needed, encourage leadership & ownership, appreciate their gifts as educators. Teachers have expressed how they value the autonomy, encouragement, and culture we've built. #Leadlap
A2 I honor strengths by giving Ts & Ss leadership opportunities. To Ts: "We're starting a new project, would you like to take the lead, make it happen?" Or "Can you lead a PD group." To Ss "Yes, that club's a great idea. I'll give you a classroom & you're in charge." #leadlap
A1: My “Why” are my students. Everyday I strive to be a better educator, to provide them with as many opportunities as I possibly can for their emotional, social and academic success. I strive to lead by example and support my colleagues. #LeadLAP
A2: we honor people who bring different strengths to the table not only through recognition but by simply getting out of their way and empowering them to use their strengths to shine. #LeadLAP
A2 I write two notes a day and openly tell people they are doing great we start off all our meeting and trainings with celebrations and appreciations #LeadLAP
As a veteran teacher I have had to accept that others look up to me and they get excited when I ask them to join me in an activity. Sometimes awkward when they’re like “Me?” “you want to work with me?” Teachers want to feel valued by not just leadership, by peers too #LeadLAP
Q3: GENIUS
A culture of belief recognizes that everyone has genius. What is your genius and how do you use it as a gift to others? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
I'm learning how important this really is- acknowledging the great things Ts and staff are doing each day is HUGE! It only takes a moment to reach out and say thanks! #LeadLAP
A2 The best way I can do this is to seek out those who are doing the things in great ways and learn from them. Collaboration is kind of like saying “I’d love to learn from you” IMO. #lifelonglearner#leadlap
Q2: STRENGTHS-FOCUSED
As we serve through our leadership, we honor the strengths others bring to the table. What are some ways you make this happen? How can you tell they realize your belief in them? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
A2: I am writing 5-10 positive and specific notes each week to teachers and staff communicating the ways they each make a difference in lives. Hoping to get one to all 100 school employees by the end of the year. #LeadLAP#llap
A1: My why is that every student deserves the opportunity to see, feel and be successful. Success is different for every student, but as educators we have to show them their value and worth. #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
One thing I have in place is a weekly walkthrough with the head custodian. Wednesday mornings, I meet him wherever he’s working and we walk the school, checking in, talking about needs, sharing insights. It’s a very valuable time for us both #leadlap
A2 -Stop. Look. Listen. Support. Motivate. Model. Inspire. 👀A change in action, process and/or product. The warmth of glance, smile, eyes also tell if the soul & thought process have been impacted to create longterm change. #LeadLAP
Q2: STRENGTHS-FOCUSED
As we serve through our leadership, we honor the strengths others bring to the table. What are some ways you make this happen? How can you tell they realize your belief in them? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
I've just started sending out a Friday Focus newsletter using @smorepages to highlight the strengths of our team: https://t.co/G10kqLs4TM
Thanks to @BethHouf for this idea!
Ikigai: Your Purpose and Reason for Being. https://t.co/AGGfo1DYK0 This is the Japanese concept for "reason for life" that can help you find your passion and develop your purpose. #LeadLap
A2: It’s our responsibility as leaders to develop the skills and talents of others around us. I ask my staff to take the lead with trainings, faculty meetings, to give me their honest thoughts, opinions, and feedback with everything we do in campus. #LeadLAP
A3: Wow - what a powerful question!! I think mine is to listen & support. I am the rock for everyone around me - I can take their hurt, excitement or any emotions and question them to find solutions. #weareateam#LeadLAP
Q3: GENIUS
A culture of belief recognizes that everyone has genius. What is your genius and how do you use it as a gift to others? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
Welcome #LeadLAP crew! We are ready to talk #CultureofBelief today!
Let's get this party started by introducing yourself, what you do and where you're from. #letsdothis
A3: I’m passionately positive and always have a smile to give. While I hold high expectations, I realize that a smile is such an easy gift to give. I love spreading smiles (along with hugs, high fives & fist bumps)! #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
A2: You have to show them with your actions and words. We have "TIGER Moments" (Turning Inspirational Gains into Educational Results). Everyone's moment looks different and should be. I recognize them for that and appreciate the well-rounded team it creates. #LeadLAP
Q3: GENIUS
A culture of belief recognizes that everyone has genius. What is your genius and how do you use it as a gift to others? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
Hi. Aubrey and from Alberta 🇨🇦. A2: Strongly believe in creating a meritocracy - the best ideas rule the day - doing whatever we can to provide a very clear, safe and fun place to surface the best intellectual capital. #leadlap
A2 Leaders need to celebrate success, daily. We need to be visible in halls, classrooms, recognizing specific success, & creating a culture of celebration. Principals should see classroom visits as opportunities to support teachers and students, not as "snoopervising." #leadLAP
Q2: STRENGTHS-FOCUSED
As we serve through our leadership, we honor the strengths others bring to the table. What are some ways you make this happen? How can you tell they realize your belief in them? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
To change the culture, we have to not only tell our teachers that it is okay to take risks, but we then need to be there to support them when it doesn’t quite go as planned. We are in it together. #leadlap
Someone at your school is just waiting to be asked to do something amazing ... I challenge all of you to ask someone not in your circle at school to do something amazing at your school. #LeadLAP
A2: tell people thank you! Acknowledge awesomeness when you see it. Even little things can be huge for kids, and in the busyness of our days it can be hard to see it ourselves. Show it to each other. #Leadlap
It usually takes me about 10 minutes tops to write really personalized notes for the week, but the impact is so great. I also do it for Ss (about 8 a week), and it’s been HUGE in building culture. The key is being personal and genuine - it’s worth the time! #leadlap
A2: I encourage my teachers to believe in their talents and showcase the amazing things happening in their classroom. When I got here there were a couple of twitter users. Now I have almost half of my staff on twitter sharing on a daily basis. #leadLAP#CultureOfBelief
Q2: STRENGTHS-FOCUSED
As we serve through our leadership, we honor the strengths others bring to the table. What are some ways you make this happen? How can you tell they realize your belief in them? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
A3: My genius is my passion for what I do and for learning. Because I'm so passionate and I love what I do, I continue to share with anyone who will listen. I hope to inspire others to greatness. That is my genius (if I have any) #LeadLAP
It's like we tell Ss, we will not always come to the same conclusion or feel the same way about an issue but compromise, respectful listening, and agreeing to disagree is ok and normal! #LeadLAP
A2: To recognize the strengths of others I try to be appreciative and voice that appreciation through notes, emails or conversations. I give a shout out to a few teachers each week in my Monday Message. Giving credit where it’s due goes a long way! #LeadLAP#PromoteGreatness
Q2: STRENGTHS-FOCUSED
As we serve through our leadership, we honor the strengths others bring to the table. What are some ways you make this happen? How can you tell they realize your belief in them? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
A3 my genius haha I am able to work with all different types of personalities. I help others see the light at the end of the tunnel and keep focused. #leadlap
A2b another way I do this is allow Ss and Ts to run with their ideas. I know recognize my belief in them because they thanks me or I see them trying new things and sharing it with me even when it doesn’t go as planned #LeadLAP
A3: One GENIUS I have is to connect content with tech that supports strong pedagogy. Applications for my content area are easy for me when I see new things. Sharing how others can connect it via presenting at conferences & one on one is how I use it to gift others. #LeadLAP
A2: This year is a bit challenging since I have taken the role of high school counselor /CAP (maternity leaves) taking time away from teachers. I purposely make the time to celebrate and honor Ts &
Staff and listen! #LeadLAP
A3 Always hard to answer a Q like this bc feels like boasting, BUT I have to say I’m kinda a #sketchnotes evangelist! And I love to sketch and reflect on reading. #letthemdoodle#ptsn#leadlap
A2: Shout out the awesome things they do and ask them to share with others. Our next innovation team meeting I’m going to have some of my Spark Starters share the things they’ve tried and then break out into Edcamp style sessions for team to dive deeper. #leadlap#mlmagical
A3. My gift was my tremendous energy and focus on seeking out whatever educators needed to help students be the best they could be.
Never leave a stone unturned ...
#LeadLAP
A3: What is my genius? Hmmm. I feel I am a good reader of people. I’ve been raised, trained, and impacted by parents and others to read people, understand them, begin with empathy. That gift helps me always to start with relationships first. #Leadlap
Good morning , #LeadLAP family! I’m Anna from San Diego, where I try to establish meaningful and possible academic and social experiences for my students and colleagues. #CultureOfBelief
Q3: GENIUS
A culture of belief recognizes that everyone has genius. What is your genius and how do you use it as a gift to others? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
A3 Always hard to answer a Q like this bc feels like boasting, BUT I have to say I’m kinda a #sketchnotes evangelist! And I love to sketch and reflect on reading. #letthemdoodle#ptsn#leadlap
A1: My core beliefs as a leader is that, in order for humans to flourish, they need to feel valued. Every human has something valuable to bring to the table, and it is my job and passion to make room for them to share and grow in their strengths. #LeadLAP#CultureOfBelief
A3: Love, love this Q! I think my genius is putting people in positions to make a difference and then allowing them to do so. I want my super power to be removing barriers! #leadlap
A3 I think I'm good at thinking outside the box and seeing the big picture, connecting commonalities in differing opinions, analyzing. I try to use it to build relationships, culture between staff and to help align the most powerful practices happening in our school. #leadlap
A2: Show others you belief in them by asking them to share their strengths w/ others (and support them is this is out of their comfort zone!) Talk about empowerment!
#LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
Q2: STRENGTHS-FOCUSED
As we serve through our leadership, we honor the strengths others bring to the table. What are some ways you make this happen? How can you tell they realize your belief in them? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
Q3: GENIUS
A culture of belief recognizes that everyone has genius. What is your genius and how do you use it as a gift to others? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
A2 Every place a leader visits in a school sends a message. We need to be intentional: What parts of the school are we honoring? Are we favoring certain programs and teachers? All success needs to be celebrated. #leadLAP
A3 I really feel my genius is my willingness to encourage and allow people to take risks and try new things and to simply be there for them when they need something. #LeadLAP
Simon Sinek said something like the courage of leadership is giving others a chance to succeed even though you bear the responsibility for getting things done. I so believe in giving others your trust and opportunities to grow! #LEADLAP
A3 This is hard. I think my genius is trusting people and in turn making them trust themselves. Building them up to see what they can do and being by their side or behind them pushing them to greatness. #LeadLAP
A3. Vision and how to move an organization forward are my strengths (challenge is how to do this while building culture). I strive to find ways to celebrate others growth, take blame for things that do not work but focus on everyone supporting each other. #LeadLAP
A3: I am unabashedly curious, tenacious as heck, and always searching for ways to grow: in a lesson, in my leadership, in my career. My vulnerability in asking for feedback/help creates space for others to grow without judgment, too. #cultureofbelief#LeadLAP
Q3: GENIUS
A culture of belief recognizes that everyone has genius. What is your genius and how do you use it as a gift to others? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
A3: I think my gift is seeing the gifts others can give (even if they don't see it themselves). I'm not just a coach in the game, I'm a player and cheerleader too! #LeadLAP
A3: My genius is positivity and encouragement. I love lifting up others around me and showing appreciation. I also always want to sprinkle joy wherever I go! #MLmagical#leadlap
A2b: Don't forget to just TELL THEM when you see their greatness! Handwritten notes are genuine & others can hold on to them to recall your belief in them. As @smgaillard would say...PRAISE AND THANKS! #ThePepperEffect#leadLAP
Q2: STRENGTHS-FOCUSED
As we serve through our leadership, we honor the strengths others bring to the table. What are some ways you make this happen? How can you tell they realize your belief in them? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
What is my genius? Wow! This one made me think. I would hope it’s to bring people together. To mentor and to help others along their journey both collectively and as individuals. #LeadLAP
#leadlap A3. My genius is continuing to read, chat, and learn new things. I have gotten over my shyness on Twitter and now I grow everyday by reading Tweets or asking for help. I send Tweets to a group sharing new ideas and thoughts.
A3:I like to think my genius is being a connector. My hope is that every day I walk through the school doors, I connect with Ts, Ss, and Ps in a meaningful way. Hoping to bring others together for positive change and positive support. Life changing connections! BOOM! #LeadLAP
Q3: GENIUS
A culture of belief recognizes that everyone has genius. What is your genius and how do you use it as a gift to others? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
Thanks Shelley. It was a necessary shift too. He was in the role of head custodian for years but wasn’t treated that way & thus he had taken a backseat. This shift has helped him “step up” and helped others see his value. #leadLAP
Nili Bartley from MA sorry to jump on so late!-A3 I have an abundance of energy when working w/Ss and Ts:) I try to spread as much of my energy as possible so learning feels powerful and most importantly, worth it. #leadlap
A3: I would be interested to hear what those around me think for this answer.
I think my genius is my realness and unwillingness to settle for the status quo. Which can also be my curse. It's interesting how that tends to be the case.

A3-My genius. . .possibly dedication to the craft and to the Ss and staff. Beyond that--where I might inspire others would be by bringing joy to whatever I do #leadlap

As you are believing in the impossible, what strategies or daily routines do you have that help you allay fears and speak to belief? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
A2: My learning team has no problem sharing their concerns and ideas. We have a safe place to be humble enough to speak our insecurities about certain ideas or tasks, as well as take risks to share new ideas with each other. #LeadLAP#CultureOfBelief
A2: Empower them! Encourage them! Believe in them! Allow teachers to take risks. Teacher led PD. Admit my own mistakes. Say yes to ideas or let’s find a way to do this. Be truthful with them. As a first year principal, I tell them I’m still learning. #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
The principal's office is NOT the center of a school. Leaders need to be visible, building relationships. Emails and texts are not the same as telling someone face-to-face, how great they are with students. #leadLAP

At our school, we send photos to our principal and she'll post them on the school twitter account. Might be an option if they are reluctant to have their own account. #leadlap

A4: Personally, I start the day with my @bestselfco planner and identify daily targets to move me closer towards larger, “unreachable” goals and practice gratitude. I also use @melrobbins 5 second rule to propel action over fear when I’m overthinking. #Leadlap#cultureofbelief

I think I have that one, too. When I work with leaders one of things I tell them is if you want to get better... start by asking better questions. #LeadLAP
A3: this is tricky. I’m still learning my genius. 😊 I think my love for what I do is my genius. I literally get out of bed each day and think to myself: Yessss, I get to work with kids today! Then I try to share that joy with others. #Leadlap
A4 During the day I move forward & really don't feel fear... but at 3:00 in the morning it's a different thing. Sometimes the only thing to do is get up and work on whatever's bothering me. #leadlap

Congrats! I had a hard time getting into the rhythm with my little one born a few months ago! Im sure your staff appreciates your listening ear! #LeadLAP

Q3: GENIUS
A culture of belief recognizes that everyone has genius. What is your genius and how do you use it as a gift to others? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
A4: Maybe I don't see it as believing in the impossible. Def unrealistic sometimes, but I like to look critically at systems or practices and ask WHY? Then I ponder HOW else can it be done? Then I walk out on the ledge of "never been done that way before" & I leap. #LeadLAP
As I transition into a new role this year, I have been striving to start with a more intentional morning--reading and breakfast before emails. At the end of the day, I've been working to carve out time for reflection. #WorkinProgress#LeadLAP

As you are believing in the impossible, what strategies or daily routines do you have that help you allay fears and speak to belief? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
A4: First, I had to literally personify Fear to become an ally and have conversations with her (she is a character in a novel I am currently writing #SparrowsWell). She now nurtures my beliefs by cautioning me into action instead of paralyzing me into inaction. #LeadLAP
Teachers should remind themselves that they don’t always get to see the magic of their influence in students.
This is why the focus should be on doing what’s best for students, not just getting results.
#LeadLAP

It’s super simple: the moment you feel propelled to do something, you count down from five, and when you get to zero, you do it. I use it with sending an email, submitting a proposal to ISTE, proposing a solution in a SIT meeting... #leadLAP (1/2)

A1: as a leader I believe that it's important to share what works AND what doesn't - I'm very open about how I teach and how I manage behavior...
My door is almost always open (literally) and I take the time to listen & speak to others #LeadLAP
Thanks! Maybe it's because I partly enjoy a challenge, but if something can be done better, then there has to be a way to do it better. Eternal optimism. Hate caving in to "it can't be done" & complaining hasn't fixed anything on its own. A great #PLN is helpful here. #LeadLAP
A5: “That magical mixture of love & high expectations” speaks to our belief in being a school who welcomes everyone & helps all be the best they can be. Our “Path to Greatness” = greatness is not a destination & we are on this journey together. #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
A4 - I love dreaming big and thinking outside the box. I need to get better about being up front with some of this and inviting it from others! I use humor- with good relationships, I can poke fun at my crazy ideas and ask who wants to go down this rabbit hole with me! #leadlap
A5: I don't know if we have any school wide. But if I ever talk about my staff the first thing I say is - they are so collaborative and willing to take risks. They are never afraid to show their students a fail forward attitude! #Lovethem#LeadLAP

A6 I'm so lucky to be surrounded by a team of awesome educators at work, who love to share & grow together. So many great people on Twitter as well. I love my #bfc530 PLN and the support I get from #sunchatbloggers.
And of course #LeadLAP
Q5: TELL YOUR STORY
"Culture First. Culture Next. Culture Always."
A big part of culture is the story we tell. Are there any mantras you use in your school that capture your culture and beliefs? How do these taglines help tell your story? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief

A5: After morning announcements I always say “remember students be kind, help a classmate and make a new friend today. You are a Warrior doing great things for others” #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
A4: This year I've divided my schedule into 2-3 hour blocks. My first block is my "self-care block": I do yoga, drink coffee, read the paper, feed the dog, prep my lunch, & listen to the news or a podcast on the way to work. No emails or work until I get to my office! #leadLAP
Q7: CALL TO ACTION!
Time to commit and make it happen. What is one thing you’ve taken from today’s chat that you will commit to this week? How can we support you? #LeadLAP#CultureofBelief
A7: Make sure to touch base with more teachers in my building. I have an idea (but too many are on Twitter - it will ruin a surprise)! Support is having these chats! #LeadLAP

A6: my cabinet is my backbone. I have the best group of administrators in Kentucky (minus @me1odystacy 😉)! Their work continues to make an impact on our schools, community and most importantly our students. It’s difficult to take risks when your on top, but they do! #LeadLAP
A7 - Something new I am going to try this week is to put positives in print and leave them for a colleagues and/or Ss... Perhaps a mix of both! Support me? Keeping being your awesome, sharing selves! Thank you #LeadLAP PLN for an inspiring, positive Saturday morning!💜💜

A7 - Take some time to write and learn with @KQEDedspace . Commit to my PLNs like I would with any other appointment (because they pull me out of the daily firefighting I do and into a leadership stance!) Rest, recharge, find my happy place. #Leadlap
A6: I’m blessed to have an awesome staff that can roll with anything! I am constantly amazed with new things/ways they want teach and learn. The power of Twitter and my PLN have been priceless. Too many to name. #LeadLAP

A6c: Let’s be real. The inner circle is where it’s at. These littles tell me where it lies and don’t allow me to get out of hand. If I need a truth moment... I can count on them. #LeadLAP
A6: Circle of Excellence - So many in the edu, including many in the Twitterverse. Most inspired & challenged daily by @casas_jimmy@thomascmurray.
Go-To Resources - Definitely Twitter.

A7: I reached out to the #blbs tribe today to ask for help working on a project for school leaders. The response has been tremendous 🙏Can't wait to see what I learn from the calls! #LeadLAP
A7: My call to action this week and every week moving forward is to rest. Sometimes my brain (surprisingly, huh?) can't shut off, but I need sleep, so I will take steps to make sure I get what I need physically to bring the best to my Ss & staff daily. #LeadLAP

A6: I love connecting with my PLN on Twitter and Voxer. Being an administrator can be isolating, but connecting with principals from around the globe challenges my thinking and pushes me to try new things. #LeadLAP
Just woke up and found I missed #LeadLAP - got in late from the @SolutionTree#rtiaw in New Orleans. What great professional learning! Missed my peeps today. Hope you all have a great weekend!
A7. SO GLAD that this chat is concluding with a "Call to Action."
We learn so much from each other during chats and it is wonderful to write out a commitment. #LeadLAP

Thanks everyone for your awesome insights today. I always love the energy of this incredible #LeadLAP crew. Special thanks to @me1odystacy for leading us today!
A6 We must have the confidence 2 surround ourselves w folks who we hope r more talented than us. Talent accomplishes the mission. 2 often leaders r in a bubble, surrounded by those who just compliment the leader. That is failing leadership. Great leaders want criticism. #LeadLAP

A7: Everything begins with what we believe. It’s time to re-examine some of those beliefs in both the professional and personal realm of my life. Also we aren’t alone and we are powerful together! #LeadLAP
A6: Circle of Excellence is the Ss...they are the WHY! My amazingly supportive school & parent community makes the impossible for so many others possible! #LeadLAP
Well that was a blast!
Thank you for joining in today's #LeadLAP chat. I loved learning about your #CultureofBelief! This tribe is truly remarkable.
@burgess_shelley@BethHouf I appreciate the invite & opportunity. What an honor to host!
Thank you for leading a great chat @me1odystacy! Truly appreciate your investment and the opportunity to interact and engage with so many passionate educators! #LeadLAP
A6: I'm so fortunate to find such support thru Twitter - for whatever reason it is difficult to find those that inspire within arms length
however, I have connected w/ @KVoge71 & @EdTechAntics - we are trying to bring connections IRL by hosting a local pub PD #LeadLAP
