A2: I when scaffolding my intended message to them is this: You aren't there yet, but I am not giving up on you. let me keep pushing and leading you there. Also a great formative assessment strategy #UrbanEdChat
A2: I think the students see that we took time to give them the BEST. With that said, I think they automatically see that we care. It's not a "my way or no way" type of environment. Hope that makes sense. #UrbanEdChat
A3: communicating with our Ss what growth mindset means and how it relates to all of us. Ts are going through a Growth Mindset. invite our Students to move from thinking We have to know it all and go on an adventure of learning and growth. #soundscheesybutworks#UrbanEdChat
A3: We're open to change. Most Ts w/ a growth mindset are student-centered, meaning they'll do ANYTHING to see them succeed. (I attached my growth mindset wall) #UrbanEdChat
A4: Student grow. I have found that if Ss know you believe in them, they are NOT going to let you down. They will put it all on the line to keep that T proud! #UrbanEdChat
A4: Believing students can bridges their doubts from impossible to possible. They won’t come into new territory if I don’t step out there First trusting that they will follow. #UrbanEdChat

A4: Ss want to be loved and believed in. all it takes is that spark from a Ts to start building confidence in them. Ss know when a teacher sincerely believes and will try to rise. #UrbanEdChat
A3: A growth mindset helps ME remember we can grow through my inability to move them from unknown to known and novice to master even inspitw of my failure to get it right immediately #UrbanEdChat
A5: When a student says, "That teacher gives us baby work and she/he doesn't teach us anything." What do you think they really are trying to say? #UrbanEdChat
A5: Thinking and planning come from the mind. It can come through paper first and project its use into the digital computer science world. Run programs with notecards. See the process. #UrbanEdChat
