A3: Besides creating our school’s first AP class ever, I believe my masterpiece is the collaborative culture of my team. I have never been part of such a caring, capable and intelligent group of people. #leadlap

LOVE that! We are doing Algebra and Manufacturing next year. Our GEO-Contruction classes have built 7 @Habitat_org homes - and our Ss in the class outperform their GEO only peers. #LeadLAP

A4 Collaboration is my jam, but I get excited and carried away. As the principal, it’s my goal to get better at listening longer, asking questions, encouraging, and representing their collective ideas so that teachers, parents, and students can make the connections. #leadlap

I think too often people think of inquiry as Ss sitting around playing with toothpicks waiting for the T to provide answers. Guided inquiry is entirely different. #leadlap
A4 Empower them to take risks and support their efforts. We hire people for their expertise but sometimes put limits on what they can do - create a culture wher collaboration is the norm. #LeadLAP

Some people in my tribe have formed an adult learning team where teachers are in charge completely, and have opportunities to microcredential through learning from their peers. I am excited! #leadlap
