Ss - when do we work again, do field based learning? Ts, it's the end of term.. Grading is work, colleagues - breaks over!
A4: I did notice that most of us educators did NOT reference thinking of our studies... So our Ss aren't either?
A4/2 Ss (MS-ers) are thinking: "When will my parents EVER let me have cell phone privileges like everyone else has?!?"
A4: Ts and Admin, def. PBE switch, new laws (amended almost daily, seems like), how to keep being effective.
A4/1 Ts are thinking: "How many days left in this break until I start panicking for the final sprint?"
A4 9th graders is he going to make us write another essay; Ts comments finished now time to right exams, 12th wait on UGA

Consciously plan some human moments in the frenzy.
A5: Slow down. Take time to listen and make time to visit. Be gracious and show you appreciate your team.
A5 Empower them to take a risk with their teaching. Messy is ok.
