I advise a student org focused on fostering political efficacy in youth. They've organized assemblies and raised money for non-profits fighting gun violence and now they're preparing to run voter registration drives.

I used to supervise the school newspaper and also taught a class that produced a weekly news show. I'd really have to search for pics. Unless I sent you to Instagram accounts for those kids - they're in their late 20s now. #bfc530
I used to coach 5th/6th grade girls basketball, but it was too much with my 2 daughters getting involved with their own activities. I really miss teaching the fundamentals so students learn the correct way from a young age. #bfc530
In my previous district, I had a writing club. Loved that. Would love to do it again! Hey, how is everyone today? I survived the Zoo trip yesterday. Today is Field Fun Day (all day outside with games and activities) . Sadly, I think they are trying to kill me. :) #bfc530
Gooooooood morning #bfc530! Today is my last student day. Boy has the time flown this year! As a new T to my school, for the 1st time in my career have no clubs/sports/events that I supervise or coach. Which unfortunately does not mean I have not been working 10-12 hour days ;)

I run our school's #LinkCrew (leadership group helping Gr9s transition to HS) & the photography club 📸 that got revived this year after a year's break.

Oh yes - me too I supervise our GSA 🏳️🌈. But very few members the last few years. Not because there aren't LGBTQ+ kids, but they don't seem interested in group meetings/discussions. #bfc530
