Set up tweetdeck finally last week, it makes it so easy to use twitter
A1: Best success - getting to do read aloud everyday with my Ss. I do it before first rotation of our Daily5.

A1 Student driven whenever possible 4 content related 2 standards. Started using 4 Ss engagement

A2 We switched to envisions 2.0, math discussions are so much better, strategy focused and so fun to facilitate
Loved the impact it had on my students: compassion, individuality, creativity. Be who you are!
A2: Teaching Ss to do research for writing with our librarian. Demoing every step of the process over several weeks. They got it.
A2: Also proud to have facilitated a GHO with 3 other classes in other states to do the O.R.E.O. project collaboratively.

Q3: I have discovered several Chrome extensions that help me - Grammarly, Bit.ly, Clip to Evernote.
Global Read Aloud is global. I facilitated all 14 classrooms at my building.
A3 , linking my twitter account to the class blog so i am instantly keeping the blog up to date
A3: Also keeping my folders and files in Google Drive well-organized helps me save time locating things.
A3: For a time saver, a solid routine has really helped me. Letting my kids take ownership of helping run the room.

A4 , but i did not do that at home consistently, Ss loved, my partner and i share 30 chromebooks, so some 1:1 some 1:2 some none
Did get my principal to agree to pay for it though when I get started in January.
