A1: teks are for me to know what my sts need to cover. St objectives are kid friendly and should be used by them to say what/why they’re learning #neisdpln
#neisdpln A1 SLOs to my mind are setting the target in the mind of the child so that they also understand why they need to reach at the end of the lesson. So that's a measurable, it is a specific set target.
A2:SLOs are intended to support instructional practice, therefore show an fairly accurate assessment of whether or not a child understands the objective.

#neisdpln A3. For me the most difficult part is always the framing of student learning objective. That is clear in my head the rest of it follows. I must be able to answer the WHY....of it
In all parts, teachers are challenged... the challenges just differ based on where you at in the process... it’s constant reflection and tailoring of lesson plans.... #neisdpln
#neisdpln A4. Once the students are aware of their learning objectives each one of them can set their own bar, make their goals as per their own learning styles and once they know that the girls are measurable it becomes much easier for the students to work on them.
A3-The evaluating & reflecting part. By the time I’ve evaluated each of my students’ progress & reflected on my next steps, it’s time for a new learning goal, which brings more evaluating and reflecting on top all the other things we as teachers are doing daily. #neisdpln
A5: Since they help us know what the students know, we can choose goals that will help us reach deeper and more in depth. Set goals for new information, not topics students already know. #neisdpln
#neisdpln A5. If the teacher is focused with the end result and takes the class through the process accordingly, it will take a lot of her time effort to evaluate assess and reflect on not only the learning of the students but also a teaching processes.
A4-I believe SLOs allow me to see what my kids know or still need more practice with, hence allowing me to provide tiered activities for them to help in their needed areas of growth so I can help continue their progress with their learning goals. #neisdpln
