#TLAP A7 Thanks to @1988project and @jmattmiller. We have worked/ shared ideas to make our programs successful at North White. Never thought in my career, I would be able to have my/our students speak with some of the great history makers!

A5: Being empathetic, a great listener, and working on my rapport with my students. I have to build relationships and be present with my Ss before/after school, at school sport games, school plays, etc when possible. #tlap

A7 I have to give a shoutout to @fawnpnguyen@alicekeeler and @joboaler who are a part of my PLN tribe (and probably don’t even know it) they have transformed the way I teach math and therefore the way my Ss get to engage in actually DOING math #TLAP

A6: I truly believe in "two heads are better than one". I believe when we collaborate as a team and ideas are exchanged, a special kind of learning happens that evolves us as educators. The impact of this transformation trickles down to our students in a positive way #TLAP
