This was my first official yr coaching, I plan to build my upcoming year around solid, measurable goals so as to better reflect this time next year! #Coachapproach
A1 I use a wide variety of tools to reflect upon - what teacher and coach goals were met, which will carry over to next year (teacher/coach choice), my monthly reflections in bullet journal, my own goal setting progress, etc... #CoachApproach
A1 I create a survey each year to allow for honest feedback on my leadership skills during the evaluation process and other aspects of my work in the building. I use those answers to plan my goals and growth plan. #CoachApproach
