A1: key is to get movement and only come off of double when you get to LB level, which could be at LOS or 5 yd downfield.
#zonefballchat
CoachBlacha
Jan 19 @ 8:24 PM EST
A1: hip to hip drive out, LB moves that OL takes over. Create space for RB to hit, DL slants away work up to LB
#Zonefballchat
Dane94Smith
Jan 19 @ 8:24 PM EST
#Zonefballchat
A1 continued.... working more with hip and foot placement, & cooperating your hand placement with your punch gives more power
JENKScoachGWOOD
Jan 19 @ 8:24 PM EST
2nd step is then a per step, with any pwr step comes a punch to the sternum, we dont use lazy elbow or flippers

A2 yes diff steps. Pit Peter Push, we do not call combos, slows you down. If you made contact on Push step then teach or run
#Zonefballchat
steverson_brett
Jan 19 @ 8:29 PM EST
A2) C aim point is ps elbow, UC aim point is ps number. DTs are quicker in OZ. Cut back is deadly as well.

#Zonefballchat
CoachBehnfeldt
Jan 19 @ 8:38 PM EST
A3: IZ, he is covered if we have BS shade. We look to power step and double. OZ, he works to next DL and we cut BS shade.

A3) The zone count system. Center calls 0. PSG #1. PST #2. If the center has a BS shade and PS 3, he will work with BSG to -1
#zonefballchat
CoachBehnfeldt
Jan 19 @ 8:41 PM EST
