People say they don't need to be "stroked" what they are saying is they don't need that type of stroking. We all need encouragement
I really enjoy getting positive notes from my instructional leaders. It means a lot to me as an educator.

If you withhold or abuse the lang. of the person, you are damaging the relationship between you. That’s how important this is!
