Hi Oregon! Howard (still in CA's chat). I start w/zero tolerance on snark & put downs. I frame risk w/my own strengths & weaknesses. It becomes the room's culture. They begin to rely on one another's strengths. #OrEdChat

We got pineapple chart off the grnd by encouraging 2 T a week to showcase. It is working. Pick 1 or 2 Ts a week and cover classes. #oredchat
