Complex answer: partly. The knowledge updates do influence decision making, but all the other aspects are left untouched.

I don't like studying for a high stakes exam but theres value Pouring a foundation isn't pretty but its critical to a home

T3 ACGME has to stop grading residencies on 1st time board pass rates. Then change may be possible.
