It definitely gets to be much less work, but the change over can be daunting. Letting go of grading everything is not easy.

Mathematically, we can't convert from 4-pt to 100. We can reduce data accurately but can't expand it.

A6 we use the grading system Chalkable or INow. It has a tab that allows Standards based grading.
