    A1.2- That we must stop bowing to the altar of assessment. Embrace the culture and climate of our schools. That students and their schools are not defined by a once a year test. That we must build accountability models that showcase the whole child and growth. #P12Leaders

    A1: Every student has a finish line to cross, they're all in different types of races. So we have to training them differently to reach their goals. Regardless of the distance they run, they each have victories to worth celebrating. #P12Leaders

    A1: I try to be willing to meet each student where they are. It's difficult not to be frustrated when students are in different places especially when you are trying to hit all of your content but I try to construct a plan unique to fit for each student. #P12Leaders
