I don't believe in looking back outside of reflection. What is most important is that you take your past as an opportunity to GROW.

A3: I think I regret not trusting my gut sooner. I see some of the amazing conversations I've had with my colleagues of late and realize that we could've has these sooner. That said, everything happens in it's appropriate timing, IMO.

That's hard, b/c the tech support is easy, while the instructional coaching is harder and takes more time, It's a mind shift for you and teachers, but you'll all get there! Maybe at different times, LOL, but it's the path we're all trying to follow.

#techtalkga A3: Seems like I learn best from trial and error. If you are moving forward, you are bound to fail a lot. Failure shouldn't necessarily bring regrets much if you know your failures make you better.

Being in grad school, I refuse to make a SMART goal out of this since I write them almost every day.
However, I think that my goals need to be achievable and fall in line with dept/district expectations. If not, it may be time for some disruption.
