A2. Or 1. I donāt know. I am the OC, so what we do has a lot do with our personnel. If we have more athletes like we do now we will press it out and run a lot of 10/11 personnel. If we arenāt as athletic we will go more 21. #HogFbChat
A2: It all depends on your guys coming back. You can have returning players, but if they are dumb as a bag of hammers you still have to keep it simple. I think it's more important to tailor it to their strengths. #hogfbchat
A2) Weāre basing what we run off of who we got. Itās my first year with this program. I donāt expect much say. Iām on a staff with some great coaches. Iām keeping my mouth shut and being a sponge. Soaking it all in. #Hogfbchat
A2: my OC is a great dude that gives me the ability to change blocking schemes. So I can move stuff and change stuff based on who we have available. #hogfbchat
A2: We tailor everything based on personnel. Some years we have the size to run more zone schemes and other years we donāt, so we run more gap schemes for example. High school football is about putting your kids in a position to succeed. #hogfbchat
A2: I think itās a blend of both. You donāt want to change the playbook each year, but some years you will be able to use different parts. At PC, we all work together. Itās a great working environment! #hogfbchat

We stick to our scheme no matter the personnel. We give the OL everything in the playbook, and at the end of the day we have to slim down if we are not proficient at it #HOGFBCHAT
A3: run fits with TE/FB when we can. Pass pro with running backs when they aren't on special teams. Always try to take advantage of any free time during practice #HogFbChat
A2: pass pro schemes are set based on where QB ālaunch pointā is. I am blessed to have autonomy with our schemes and get input from OC on certain things. #hogfbchat
A3: TE will always start with oline. Has to have a hog mentality first! Will do a zone blocking drill and some pass pro with backs. Also utilize an inside period. #hogfbchat

A3: Our TEs have to block first and foremost, so they do individual with the OL, then work ROAs with the receivers. The RBs work with us during a blitz pick-up everyday. For both positions if you canāt block you wonāt play. #hogfbchat
Q3: TE/F are with the OL for the first twenty minutes of practice working on run game fundamentals. OC always lets me get those guys because if they canāt block we arenāt going to get them the ball in the pass game #HOGFBCHAT

A1. This is something we will do a lot this offseason. We have some summer film we watch, but I havenāt done enough this summer to this point. #HogFbChat
A3: will have TE stay with us until Skelly. We tell them we can always find a better receiver. Will bring RBs in for blitz scheme and pick up at least once a week. #hogfbchat
A3: TEs and FBs switch out during Skel. We have one group for 10 then switch. Same thing during Individual we constantly have FBs and TEs with the o-line!!! #hogfbchat
A3 I like doing group work. Very easy way to get everyone on the same page and work on timing. The TE will stay with me during position work to make sure they're sound on blocking techniques. The RBs will come over to work inside and help us with timing on runs #HOGFBCHAT

A3: a TON! Practices should always work from small to big. Start drilling finer techniques in Indy, then progress to bigger picture stuff in group work, and finish with team! Itās so smooth and sound #hogfbchat
A4: we donāt platoon, so I have everyone for offense. But when we do drills we use the guys who are more defensive-minded to play defense. Works same for offense. #hogfbchat
A4) Do crossover work weekly with the DL mostly thanks to @vegasshark72 We think itās invaluable. We will try to give them things they need for that week and they do the same for us in Indy periods twice a week. #HOGFBCHAT
A4: We come together for a quick 1-on-1 period where my guys are working either base, down, reach. Then we go to a double team/combo period. Those are crucial to our run game and a DL gives our guys a much better look than my 3rd string right guard. #hogfbchat
A4: the DL coach is my assistant on offense and in his on Defense. Constant communication and action from each other. This way our main focus is one side of the ball and we help each other out. We finally have a full staff this year so it will be a whole lot better!!#hogfbchat
A4. I wish we had that kind of depth. OL and DL are a lot of the same kids. We will do 1v1ās and expect the offensive guy to use good OL technique in the DL session. #HogFbChat
A4: Love working with the DL guys. Iron sharpens Iron. We work our Veer Drill with the DL and any time the DL coach wants my guys to help them out, we are all about it, especially since we have some guys that play both. Get work on both sides #hogfbchat
A4: Small town Iowa, guys play on both sides of the ball. Even the guys that only play 1 way will still have a position on the other side of the ball. #hogfbchat
A4: @CoachRJLuke and I throw it together if we get a chance. When we get into fall camp we start putting things on the practice plan like triangle drill and half line. I try to get combo drills as much as I can #HOGFBCHAT
A4 our OL guys are also our DL guys so we can do crossover stuff during individual periods. Working at a small school is an interesting thing. #HOGFBCHAT
