a5) #leadlap I help my new teachers understand the culture of our school by providing a mentor, assuring they have a role in some capacity within the vertical bands, flipped staff meetings called Weekly Wise Google doc that is all inclusive, promotional and growth oriented...
a3) #LeadLAP Greatest ideas come from LISTENING to my staff...when I creatively build collaborative 90 min weekly during the day vertical planning...they HAVE TIME to truly PLAN!!

a7) #leadlap For an admin going into leadership for the first time, I tell them to NEVER FORGET THE CLASSROOM. You are ALWAYS a teacher... you are becoming the teacher of teachers...lead learner... listen and always stay on the same page with your principal.
