Run by Iowa educators, #IAedchat is on Twitter the first, second, and third Sundays each month at 8:00pm CST. We have added #IAedchat LIVE to the fourth Sunday of the month at 8:00pm CST. This will take place in Google Hangout on Air. We will share the invitation and link to #IAedchat LIVE each month.
Hello, #IAedchat. Terri, PreK-8 technology teacher in Omaha. I've worked at the same school all 25 years of my teaching career, so I've only ever been interviewed one time!
Good evening, #iaedchat family! Glad you're here. Tonight's topic is "Interview Season." Nick, Elementary Principal of Jackson Elementary in Cedar Rapids.
Meredith joining from SW Florida. Interviewing is such a terrific topic! Being a principal for 26 years and interviewing 100's of educators I am excited to read the responses. #iaedchat
Hi everyone! Dan Butler, principal of #eesbobcats in the Western Dubuque Community School District. Happy to connect with you and moderate tonight's discussion. #iaedchat
Q1: We are approaching or are in the middle of interview season in some instances. What advice do you have for someone going through the interview process? #IAedChat
Good Sunday evening! Jon, a 5th grade teacher, chatting from Tama where I can start to see buds on the trees....so happy to see all the signs of spring! #iaedchat
A1: Be you. You have 5 seconds to make a first impression so do it well. Smile. Be confident. Every answer is an opportunity to weave in your experience and knowledge. #iaedchat
A1: Ask lots of questions. You are interviewing for a job in a school just as the school is interviewing for a place in your heart. Make sure it’s a good fit by asking questions. #IAedChat
A1: My students at @dordtcollege are looking for jobs! My advice to them is to be true to themselves, but also to not be afraid to sell their strengths. #iaedchat
A1 be you! Show your passions, connect with the people in the room. Let them know how you can add to the culture and how you will invest in the community! #iaedchat
A1: Be authentic. Be yourself. Don't try to be someone that you are not. Be open, honest, and humble. Also remember, you are interviewing them just as much as they are interviewing you. #iaedchat
A1 Interview Advice: BE YOURSELF! Be true to who you are as an educator, share your story & passion for teaching Don't try to be who you think they want you to be #iaedchat
Q1: We are approaching or are in the middle of interview season in some instances. What advice do you have for someone going through the interview process? #IAedChat
A1: General advice: get to know the school/district you are applying to, and figure out how you will contribute to making that place better. Don’t sell yourself short! #iaedchat
A1: Chances are, you will know the 1st and last questions: 1. Who are you and what are your experiences and 2. Anything else you’d like to tell us. Know your intro cold. The last question is to wow them with what makes you awesome!
#IAedChat
Q1: We are approaching or are in the middle of interview season in some instances. What advice do you have for someone going through the interview process? #IAedChat
A1: Do your homework. Get to know the district/building as much as you possibly can. Figure out what they stand for, what they believe in and figure out if you fit or could enhance that culture. #IAedChat
A1: Make sure your views and philosophy align with the school and district's. You don't want to end up somewhere and have grossly different values/beliefs. #iaedchat
A1: Do your homework. Get to know the district/building as much as you possibly can. Figure out what they stand for, what they believe in and figure out if you fit or could enhance that culture. #IAedChat
A1 #IAedChat Don’t “settle!” Take your time and select the BEST candidate relative to need! Watch them teach in YOUR building. Thanks @casas_jimmy . This is the single-most important jobs leaders do in their buildings!
A1: Make sure your views and philosophy align with the school and district's. You don't want to end up somewhere and have grossly different values/beliefs. #iaedchat
A1: Share relevant experiences you facilitate for Ss and take time to think through your response before saying the first thing. Give your interview team someone to connect with so they get to know you as a person and educator. #IAedChat
A1: 1. Be yourself and answer authentically 2. Research the school/position you’re applying for 3. Do some practice questions w/a friend so you can get used to the q & a format #IAedchat
Those who gave our interviewing team a "deep in the headlight" stare when asked this question came across as not really interested in our school. #iaedchat
A1: Make sure your views and philosophy align with the school and district's. You don't want to end up somewhere and have grossly different values/beliefs. #iaedchat
A1) Come in and find out how much autonomy you have in your curriculum. What are their beliefs in a learner centered classroom. Great questions to find out where the district sits. #IAedChat
A1.2: There is no excuse not to know about the building/district in 2018 with so much accessibility online. Wear school colors in your tie/outfit if possible. Remember, you are being interviewed even when you're visiting with the secretary. #IAedChat
A1. Seek out a critical friend during this important time in your life. Someone who is supportive, trustworthy but will also share criticism of areas needing improvement. #iaedchat
A1a: Know your philosophy on education and make sure it matches the school you want to work for. Getting a job is great but finding the right fit is good for both you and your Ss. ❤️ #IAedChat
100% agree with this! When I've interviewed I've attempted to interact with the secretaries as well as kids if possible. If able I like to step out in the halls, especially during passing time, just to visualize what it's like. #iaedchat
A1.2: There is no excuse not to know about the building/district in 2018 with so much accessibility online. Wear school colors in your tie/outfit if possible. Remember, you are being interviewed even when you're visiting with the secretary. #IAedChat
A1: Share relevant experiences you facilitate for Ss and take time to think through your response before saying the first thing. Give your interview team someone to connect with so they get to know you as a person and educator. #IAedChat
A1) Have a PLN I search candidates on social media. Mainly twitter to see if we have connections! Be active in chats and want to learn continuously #IAedChat
A2: Look for a positive, collaborative digital footprint before the interview. We should want to hire teachers who are willing to collaborate and learn within and outside of their schools. #IAedChat
A2: Seriously though, give those novice teachers a good look. Their energy and enthusiasm and passion can be a blessing for the staff. Yes, they need mentoring. But that can be a positive for the culture of the school too! #iaedchat
A2: Be really thoughtful about the questions you ask. Use screening interviews (10-15 minutes) to screen candidates before bringing interviewees in before a larger panel. A huge time saver! #iaedchat
A2. Taking time to prepare for the interviews is so important. Having documents ready for those on the team to review long before it is time to conduct the interviews. #iaedchat
A2: Have an equitable interview process. Ask the candidates the same questions. Have the same teachers/admin interview all candidates. Been in interviews where this has not been the case and it really was unfortunate. #iaedchat
Dave drops a truth bomb here. We can teach technical skills, can't really teach someone to be a good person. Excellence comes in many shapes and sizes and years of experience. #IAedChat
A2: don’t be afraid to ask follow-up questions. If you want more info, ask! If you want them to elaborate, say “can you give us an example”. Sometimes the follow-up questions give more insight than the initial questions did #IAedchat
A2: Have a bottle of water ready for the candidate. I say this and I always appreciate it when I'm in that seat, but I forget to do it all the time... #iaedchat
A2 Smile & be cordial, lighten the mood a bit You want the best from the candidate & looking like a parole board will not bring out the best in your interviewee #iaedchat
A2 have a system in place make sure you are all on the same page with the process and procedures, remember the thing we are all looking for is who is best for our Ss right now #iaedchat
A2: Look for a positive, collaborative digital footprint before the interview. We should want to hire teachers who are willing to collaborate and learn within and outside of their schools. #IAedChat
A2: Have an equitable interview process. Ask the candidates the same questions. Have the same teachers/admin interview all candidates. Been in interviews where this has not been the case and it really was unfortunate. #iaedchat
A2) we have finished up all our interviews. It is important candidates start looking earlier for these because schools are trying competing for this openings. We are still short in our profession. #IAedChat
A2: Go into the interview knowing exactly what you want in a candidate. Tailor your questions to those qualities and have ‘look fors’ to go along with each question so the interview team can be more objective in their analysis of the interview. #iaedchat
A1: I'd add that your questions reveal your research level and depth of understanding. Be careful to not ask something obvious on the website! Show You've got knowledge AND curiosity! #iaedchat
A1: Ask lots of questions. You are interviewing for a job in a school just as the school is interviewing for a place in your heart. Make sure it’s a good fit by asking questions. #IAedChat
A2 ask questions that really matter by peeling back the layers to find what is at the core of each candidate. What makes them tick? What contributions can they bring? #iaedchat
A2. Plan for how feedback from the front office staff will be shared with the interview team before decisions are made. Their knowledge is extremely important. #iaedchat
A2: sit down as a team and determine the qualities you are looking for in an ideal teammate...It really gets everyone on the same page if you can do this well in advance of the interviews #IAedChat
A2: Most importantly, your goal should be that EVERY candidate leaves your interview telling people what a great experience they had, even if they DIDNT get the job. #iaedchat
Fully agree. Grads from teacher prep programs are well prepared to *begin* their teaching careers. Look for the right person, and then mentor them in to your school culture. #thrivingtogether#iaedchat
Be prepared w/questions Those silent moments looking for who has next does not project well to a candidate The interview process goes both ways! #iaedchat
A2: Make sure interview team members know their specific roles within the process and who will ultimately make the decision. Design questions to find fit. Add a performance task outside of answering ?s. #IAedChat
What a great goal for hiring teams/principals. You're interviewing them but candidates are also seeing if this is the kind of place they want to work. A bad experience and they'll tell that story. #iaedchat
A2: Most importantly, your goal should be that EVERY candidate leaves your interview telling people what a great experience they had, even if they DIDNT get the job. #iaedchat
A2: Make sure interview team members know their specific roles within the process and who will ultimately make the decision. Design questions to find fit. Add a performance task outside of answering ?s. #IAedChat
Love the idea of a performance task. Have them actually teach a lesson/mini-lesson to real students. See how they connect and interact with the kids. #iaedchat
A2: Make sure interview team members know their specific roles within the process and who will ultimately make the decision. Design questions to find fit. Add a performance task outside of answering ?s. #IAedChat
A1. Do your homework on the disrict, make sure you fit in with their structure and values. You want to highlight what makes you stand out, and what you can bring to the table in the school! #iaedchat
A2. When I am on interview teams, I look for signs that show me they want to be here engaging with other Ts/Ss. Education is very collaborative and I want to see them give examples of how they can fit into that collaboration. #iaedchat
And… it goes farther than just looking for ‘gotcha’ inappropriate social media. It goes beyond that. Are they transforming the platform and using it for leaning, collaborating, networking, etc? #IAedChat
A2: Look for someone who cannot only connect with Ss but takes the time to connect with all adults too (secretary, Ts, staff in the hallways). He/she can collaborate to share new ideas/talents while also being vulnerable and/or take the lead when needed. #IAedChat
A2: Seize the opportunity to find people who will raise the game for your entire team. Good hiring is the key to building a great organization. #IAedchat
A2 show YOUR personality! You are selling your school/district. Share YOUR greatness that your students, families, staff, and community bring! #iaedchat
And… it goes farther than just looking for ‘gotcha’ inappropriate social media. It goes beyond that. Are they transforming the platform and using it for leaning, collaborating, networking, etc? #IAedChat
We've offered positions due to the performance task. The person was great in front of kids and ok at answering questions. I'll take great in front of kids every. single. time. #iaedchat
A2: When we ask questions, the person asking should not write while they are responding. Wait until they're done answering, give them your full attention, then take notes. #iaedchat
A2: Make sure interview team members know their specific roles within the process and who will ultimately make the decision. Design questions to find fit. Add a performance task outside of answering ?s. #IAedChat
I respect this; however, I disagree in my processes and experiences. I feel providing the questions allows you to see their best. I'm not as concerned with listening as much as other factors in this part of the process. #iaedchat
A3: "If home visits were required to the home of each student, what would you hope to learn about the students in your class?" & "If a parent could be a fly on the wall of your classroom, what would they see, hear, feel to know that you care about their child?" #iaedchat
A3: (Climate/relationships) Explain your thoughts on the importance of a having a culture of learning in today’s schools. What is your role in the community of learners in your classroom or school? #IAedChat
A3: Well, my favorite interview question is, "Why do you think some schools are successful and some schools are not?" I would hope that they would mention foundations as the basis for all learning. #iaedchat
#iaedchat A3-i think scenario situations are good-how a person would handle something....I do think you have to ask questions and dig deeper for the “why”—especially if it’s not our first response.
A2. Sit down as a team and decide on characteristics that you are looking for in a candidate. Prepare a list of questions in advance that you wish to ask. #iaedchat
A3: what routines or systems do you have in place for S’s to get to know one another and to get to know you. What are some of your go to team building exercises to use with your class? #IAedchat
A3: (Climate/relationships) Explain your thoughts on the importance of a having a culture of learning in today’s schools. What is your role in the community of learners in your classroom or school? #IAedChat
A3 What do you want your students to think of you? What do you need to know about your students to prepare for the year? You have a coworker that requires a lot of attention how do you respond? A coworker is new o he building how would you include them? #iaedchat
The mindset is here is that we should do everything we possibly can to set the candidate up for success...just like we would expect T’s do w/student. I highly recommend always giving candidate Q’s. #iaedchat
A3 "How do you measure the climate in your classroom? What do you look for in your Ss? What does your typical classroom sound like?" I want to know how they think as a candidate #iaedchat
A3: Take me through your agenda/activities for the first day of school with your students.
I want to know if they focus first on rules or relationships. #NoRulesOnTheFirstDay!
#iaedchat
Can I just say - so many great questions that I'd love to get mock interviewed by SOO many of you simply to have that experience of thinking through so many convos! #iaedchat
The mindset is here is that we should do everything we possibly can to set the candidate up for success...just like we would expect T’s do w/student. I highly recommend always giving candidate Q’s. #iaedchat
While I may not have much (or anything!) to contribute at this stage in life, this chat is equipping me with so much that I'll be able to reflect on in a couple of years! #iaedchat
Suddenly I’m thinking, how great could this be as ongoing professional development? Getting interviewed for your job every few years? Would this be scary? Empowering? Celebrative? #iaedchat
Can I just say - so many great questions that I'd love to get mock interviewed by SOO many of you simply to have that experience of thinking through so many convos! #iaedchat
A2: Provide the questions beforehand. We want our candidates at their best, not guessing what we want. Now they should have awesome, rock star answers. #IAedChat
This would be an excellent way to help teachers see how they've grown, and where they could possibly focus their learning for future growth. I love this idea! #IAedchat

A3. What does a typical day look like in your classroom? Inside a block period, what types of activities will we see you transitioning your Ss to in learning? Have you worked with co-workers and how would you include them? #iaedchat
A2: Take time to personally invest in every candidate. Remember, selecting the best T is critical to the success of our S’s yet in general it is still something we spend the least amount of time on. Always about the 3 R’s. #iaedchat
#iaedchat Q4–“How do you communicate with families? How do you communicate with the community? How do you communicate with your students?” I want to know that you use more than one way to communicate!
A4: (Communication) What are the best ways to provide solid communication with home and the community? What about with other school colleagues? Are there ways that should be avoided? Please explain your reasoning. #IAedChat
A4: How do you plan to connect with parents on a regular basis? How do you see yourself collaborating and communication with your coworkers effectively? #IAedChat
A4 how you you break down your classroom walls to include both families and the community? Do your families feel they are part of this journey? #iaedchat
I agree with this wholeheartedly. I let people know they can come in 30 minutes early to get the questions. I’ve even emailed candidates going into a second or third round the question the night before...#IAedchat
The mindset is here is that we should do everything we possibly can to set the candidate up for success...just like we would expect T’s do w/student. I highly recommend always giving candidate Q’s. #iaedchat
A2: Love seeing secretaries in on admin interviews, also teacher interviews. They work with a lot of people and have a great insight on building a team and kow staff fit. #iaedchat
A4: I'd like to tell the candidate ahead of time to bring in samples or be prepared to show us how they communicate (with students, parents, colleagues, administrators, etc.). Shouldn't be a trick question. Show us what you've got. #iaedchat
Can I just say - so many great questions that I'd love to get mock interviewed by SOO many of you simply to have that experience of thinking through so many convos! #iaedchat
A4: In what ways do you actively involve stakeholders in the learning of our Ss? What means of communication do you find most effective (& why)? #iaedchat
That’s not a bad thing right? It doesn’t have to be either or Meredith. A candidate can still listen to the Q & then read the Q. #healthydiscussion#iaedchat
How important! Secretaries are SUCH an important part of a school and really can make or break the culture of that building. Important to keep them in the loop as much as possible. #iaedchat
A2: Love seeing secretaries in on admin interviews, also teacher interviews. They work with a lot of people and have a great insight on building a team and kow staff fit. #iaedchat
Does anyone have ideas for what I can be doing as a college student to make my first interviews the best they can be? (sorry to throw in my own question...it's just too good a resource to pass up!) #iaedchat
Practice! Have a professor or person you trust for honest feedback ask you interview questions and then give you targeted feedback. That is one of the best ways to hone your interviewing skills. #iaedchat
A4: How do you plan to connect with parents on a regular basis? How do you see yourself collaborating and communication with your coworkers effectively? #IAedChat
Actually, I should check this response. Not all teachers necessarily need to be on Twitter. (or any other social network, necessarily.) But they *should* be learning—and social media can be a key part of this! (Which is why we’re all here at #iaedchat tonight, right?)
A4: Scenario-type questions are great for this (i.e handling an irate parent over email; confronting a colleague; counseling a student who confronted you in class)
#iaedchat
My former superintendent used to have us print out a google search on candidates and attach it to their packet when we moved them forward for hiring. #iaedchat#digitalfootprint
A5: What would your current colleagues say about you as a teammate? How about parents of current students? What would your current and past students say? #iaedchat
A4.2: Because we believe in using social media to tell our story, I want to know how they use social media to share the awesome in their class and in our school... #iaedchat
A3 #IAedChat We are the fundamental aource of education in the country! If a culture of learning is not established, call yourself ANYTHING but a school! Learning starts at the top. If the leader is not a life-long learner, how can the model for staff/students? Get in classrooms!
A5: I have 2 that I ask: "What skills would your colleagues say make you an effective team member?" & "Scenario: A team member regularly arrives to your PLC meetings late and comments, 'these meetings are a waste of time.' How do you respond to move your team forward?" #iaedchat
A5 what “teams” have you been a part of throughout your journey? How have they helped you? What lessons have you learned from them? What leadership roles have you held? #iaedchat
Yeah, that’s the real question, isn’t it? Hmmm…makes me wonder about the negative implications of a digital footprint. But this can be positive too, right? #iaedchat
I look at things much differently as a classroom teacher As an admin, or panelist, you have to have a certain mindset & outlook to get the whole picture Its a learned skill Good hires are credited to good interviewers #iaedchat
A5.2: Effective teacher collaboration goes beyond friendly cooperation and informal exchange of ideas and information. What must effective teacher collaboration include? #IAedChat
Well, I think I know what you’re getting at. But I know that while a lot of teachers are on Twitter (or other soc. media) to learn, some are just there for social reasons. And some aren’t there at all, because it isn’t adding value to their lives, right? #iaedchat
It depends on your definition of "good interview." It's important to have a process and stick to the process. Systems should be in place. This deters anyone from picking the "flashy" candidate. Everyone in the room should also have a voice, not just the loudest one. #iaedchat
A5: Do you bake? And if so, what do you bake? And are you willing to bring your baked goods to our PLC meetings? (Speaking as someone who both bakes, and appreciates baked goods at meetings…) :-D #iaedchat
Clarification: I am not saying that a candidate should get the Q’s ahead of time. Saying they should be given a copy during interview. 2nd point - this is why all candidates should be expected to teach a lesson...IMO. #IAedchat
A5: How do you plan to empower every voice within the PLC while knowing there may be crucial conversations to keep the vision of all Ss in the forefront? How would you handle conversations that derail our vision? #iaedchat
I agree Jimmy. You aren't testing their memory. Give them the questions. If they can't answer, they won't be able to answer with them in front of them either. #iaedchat
In reply to
@casas_jimmy, @jendenshow, @mjjohnson1216
I would also agree that the interviews I felt the most at home with were the ones I had to teach a lesson. It's in my wheelhouse and what I'm accustomed to. Interviewing for high-stakes jobs...not so much. #iaedchat
In reply to
@casas_jimmy, @jendenshow, @mjjohnson1216
A6: How do you get feedback to your students? (Think about multiple modes of assessment, matching the feedback to the type of assessment, etc. If the only thing they mention is grades, be ready to follow up…) #iaedchat
A6: Student receives a failing grade (by 1 point) for the grading period. What do you do? I am looking for answers that would have communicated the chance to fail earlier and prevented this conversation. #IAedchat
I don't think there is a correlation between one not willing to learn and a choice to not be engaged online..I mean there are still these fabulous things called books that we can learn from..plus F2F with peers...#iaedchat
A6 what types of informal assessments do you use during a lesson? What should assessments look like and what are they really for? Do assessments give us an accurate picture of what students know? If not how would you change this? #iaedchat
A6: Tell us how you assess social and emotional learning? How do you provide feedback to help students grow in those areas? It isn't all about academics. We educate whole children. #iaedchat
A6 we are held to standards and assessment is part of that...how do you make the assessments and their results come alive to your students, families, and yourself to promote growth? #iaedchat
A5: Effective teacher collaboration goes beyond friendly cooperation and the informal exchange of ideas and information. What must effective teacher collaboration include? #IAedChat
Ahh...got it. Consider having them present to a leadership team or small group of staff. Instructional leaders should be prepared to have to do this. Again, give them as much info as possible. No “gotcha” games. #IAedchat
A6: the key to interview questioning is to move away from the typical tried and true questions. People can google them or have had them asked before. We need more scenario based questions with follow ups. #IAedchat
A6. You have just taken an assessment on _______, about a fourth of the students were not up to the level of understanding you were expecting, what do you? #iaedchat
A4 #IAedChat The obvious- How important is communication to you and how do you effectively project a positive attitude with Ss, Ts, Parents, Central Office and the Community as a whole?
It isn't an either/or answer. Both are important. Always my answer. I'm looking for all students to make growth. Adults need to know what proficiency looks like. #iaedchat
A7 At the end of the process both parties know that they are a fit for each other The collaborative relationship needs to be formed in the interview room first #iaedchat
A7: Tie the process back to the mission, vision, and strategic goals for the building or district. Meet as an interview team and hash out the key deliverables for the ideal candidate. Involve more than just Admin or Ts. FOLLOW THE PROCESS! #iaedchat
Exactly. What me model is what we get. We want to create a positive experience for all candidates just like we want to do for our students & staff. #Culturize#IAedchat
A2: Most importantly, your goal should be that EVERY candidate leaves your interview telling people what a great experience they had, even if they DIDNT get the job. #iaedchat
A7: If both sides of the interview walk away knowing they gave their honest all and grew or learned from the conversation, then it was a success. #IAedChat
A7: I had a candidate ask a great question at the end of an interview- "Is there anything I said that has left a question in your mind as to my ability to do this job well? If so, I'd love to talk through it and provide clarity." AHHH! I loved it. #IAedChat
I went in for an interview on a whim. It was a failure b/c I was asked what I knew about their school. Good thing I didn't need a job at that point. #IAedChat
Hey #iaedchat - mark your calendars for Wednesday night at 8:30. We're talking with the phenomenal @jamiemgilchrist on #dadsined! Watch live at https://t.co/8nT2LvRVMo Oh, and A7: Clearly laid out candidate objectives equaled a consensus final pick!
A7: prepared ?’s based on what you’re looking for, an interview team of teacher leaders from the campus, good discussion/dialogue with interviewees and collaboration after the interviews are over to determine how the team feels about each candidate #iaedchat
A7: You got the very best person possible for students. It sounds simple, but that is the answer. ALL roads lead back to students. If they don't, then there is a problem. #iaedchat
A7. I would say a process where both sides have had opportunities to ask questions, get to know each other, as well as possible in this short time, and decide if the candidate is a good fit. #iaedchat
A7: When interview team and interviewee walk away feeling like they had a conversation and got to know what makes each other tick. Solid process that leads to a solid decision and hopefully an excellent new hire. #IAedChat
I love this. What if interviews—whether you get the job or not—felt like the best kind of professional development? Maybe that’s a pipe dream… #iaedchat
A7: If both sides of the interview walk away knowing they gave their honest all and grew or learned from the conversation, then it was a success. #IAedChat
Thanks #iaedchat peeps...Interviews are great opportunities for us to sell and celebrate what makes our schools great! Be proud to be educators and share that excitement with others who want to join that!! Great chat @danpbutler@townsleyaj@DuffysClassroom thanks!!
A7: The team all knows their roles. There needs to be good communication and everyone should know what everyone else is looking for. Why hide it? #IAedChat
Thanks to tonight's participants and my partners in moderating @danpbutler and @duffysclassroom!
Don’t forget to bookmark our #IAedChat google site which houses an archive of these chats, our live chats, and resources! https://t.co/q8mtcjVIo3
A7. A successful interview process is one where the group of feels content that the candidate will fit comfortably into the position with an easy transition and aligns well with the district's beliefs. #iaedchat
A7: We not only hire the best candidate we interviewed, we hire the fit out there for our school. It's tough, but I've opened up the process when we didn't find that right fit. #iaedchat
It's always a great gathering of friends on a Sunday night to talk shop and make ourselves better. Batteries are recharged! Have a great week! #iaedchat
