Having a team is really important - and makes the job so much more fun! Keep things simple. You need to:
1. Choose a date.
2. Choose a location.
3. Do local advertising to get Ts there.
4. Not worry about #s. It's about conversations and growth, not magnitude. #edcampSLO#edcamp

bunch of dates, battles and names.
@flippingwithjoy came all the way from Canada! She wanted to take a pic with me. Good thing I wore the red Ba Zn Ga shirt that’s in my Twitter profile. I actually do that on purpose on the 1st day of any conference or #edcamp I go to. I always
wear a different shirt day 2 though, especially during a heat wave 😂.
Not only did I get to see @iruntech again (we’ve met at several #edcamp) but it’s pretty cool that we now know each other well enough to greet with hugs. We had a really good and deep discussion about
“To Tweet or Not to Tweet?” a #flipcamp#edcamp session day 2 in which we talked about edutweeps crossing “the line” on social media. I respected her as a professional all these years and now have a great respect for her as a human.
Same goes for @MrsMues. We’ve known each other
for a few years (again, thanks to #edcamp) but haven’t really had too many deep discussions. Until that same #flipcamp session. It’s nice to get to know people on a deeper level. It is that human connection that is so very important.
So, thanks again @FliptechEC.
