A1: Sometimes, not well. Really making a conscious effort to create balance. Bringing less home, optimizing time at work.

first thing I do is call my peeps! and who keep me grounded and are gr8 listeners!

A1: This year, I've been attempting healthier choices- eating better, sleep, taking home less work, spending more time having fun.

A2: I have started keeping a gratitude journal and a positive outcome journal. Historically I have been pretty tough on myself.
