A2: Stay calm, I don't think there's one thing to do for each scenario, but I need to remain present and non-reactive while getting back on the right track #HackLearning
A3: Set up norms right away in the year, establish a positive classroom culture to avoid as many issues as possible, think about what experience the Ss are having in your room, not just your own experience as a teacher #HackLearning
