#122edchat is a weekly conversation designed to help inspire educators across the globe to reach their greatest potential in service of others. Megan Hacholski (@megan_hacholski) and Michael Abramczyk (@_on11), along with guest moderators, lead each week with a different focus tied to their strengths and areas of expertise.
Hey #122edchat. Scott from Winchester VA checking in via @TweetDeck. I am watching my daughter play basketball!! #GoBulldogs. I am a HS ITC and am the founder/moderator of #fcpslearn.
Intro: Octavius here, principal @TesnateeGapElem in beautiful Cleveland, GA home of the Cabbage Patch Kids and the best faculty/staff/Ss/Parents! #122edchat
Hi #122edchat! Marisa Thompson, HS ELA, PD Instructor, https://t.co/k9zwmFVIhZ blogger, & we had a blast for our first day of school today! If you haven't gotten to listen, I was thrilled to share my students' top Must Keep, TQEs! Any subject, grade level! https://t.co/HFwn26c1px
Louie from sweltering hot Philly! Third consecutive Early release tomorrow! 5th grade teacher! Excited to learn and grow with you all tonight! #122edchat
A1- Full deployment this year will be interesting and busy. Seesaw and Google apps are new for a lot of our teachers. We are excited to have an awesome team of Instructional Tech Specialists and Media Center Ts to support Ts and Ss. #122edchat
Hey hey #122edchat
Jen here from Rhode Island.
Day 1 today and looking forward to Day 2 even more than I could have imagined! Touched by the unexpected "good luck" texts and emails from former colleagues, friends, and families.
Is @m_drez lurking out there? Join the fun!
A1 We're going to practice new writing skills on our blogs and doing a blog swap! Anyone interested in doing the same? Any topics, any style! Just lots of writing, digital literacy, and student voice! #122edchat
A1: I have been introducing teachers to @Flipgrid and am excited to see what they do with it. I also have gotten a T on board with using @hapara_team workspaces. #122edchat
A1: I'll be incorporating Google's Applied Digital Skills curriculum into my course this year, which is new as a whole to me, though it doesn't include any unfamiliar tools. #122edchat
A1: Never used hyperdocs before, but so far I have appreciated that it allows students to work at their own pace, take ownership of their learning, and helps me be able to spend more time with my struggling students. #122edchat
A1: Since we’ve already started school and I’m admin I’m going to use @Flipgrid with our new employees @TesnateeGapElem to have them share their thoughts, concerns, issues or needs! That way they can bounce off each other if their paths don’t cross in the building! #122edchat
A1 Our 6th grade just rolled out its 1:1 chromebook program so that’s defnietly new. Over the summer I created new and remixed a few #HyperDocs that the kids are trying out. So far so good. #122edchat
A1: I have been playing around with screencasting and recording lessons for my Ss. So far it has been great and allowed Ss more independence. #122edchat
A1: In our Lab, since we are higher-tech throughout each quarter, we have focused on more low-tech, traditional ways to increase student engagement to start the year. @KalchbrennerELA did a back to school activity featuring @Flipgrid for parents. #122edchat
A1: @MrPStrunk and I worked together to design "app days" for students. It essentially front loads the knowledge of the apps (student paced through #hyperdocs) before content. The beauty of it... It builds relationships too!
#122edchat
Hi all! Kristen here from PA! I teach 6th grade physical science, and I just can’t seem to get it right this week. 😬 and I talked all summer about giving myself some grace and I just can’t do it. But I didn’t get kicked out of PT yet so that’s one thing I’ve got. #122edchat
A1: I’m helping one of my seniors develop his blog-encouraging Ss to be entrepreneurs. I’m learning right along with him on how to use Wordpress. #122edchat
A1: Tons of new stuff this year - tech wise - made a website using weebly so I can have all of my links easily accessible for the kiddos! Also using Seesaw everyday for reflection & goal setting! #122edchat
A1: Yes! Will try to connect my classes with various other classes across the country in different projects. Going to start by setting up my sophomore Eng classes to be writing mentors for RI 8th graders while being mentored by seniors in Oregon! #122edchat
A1: We are a digital 1:1 high school and adopted the Canvas platform this year! All students and teachers use the platform together! Also loving the use of NearPod, Padlet, Google Suite, HEROK12 for student management #122edchat
A1 We're going to practice new writing skills on our blogs and doing a blog swap! Anyone interested in doing the same? Any topics, any style! Just lots of writing, digital literacy, and student voice! #122edchat
A1: Yes! Will try to connect my classes with various other classes across the country in different projects. Going to start by setting up my sophomore Eng classes to be writing mentors for RI 8th graders while being mentored by seniors in Oregon! #122edchat
Oh my gosh! I have it - two actually! I just need to actually get it on a site so I can share it! With changing my classroom over to the grid method that totally took a back seat but this weekend it will make its appearance and I'll be sharing! #122edchat
A2- Seesaw, Google apps, Flipgrid, WeVideo are just a few. Some staff have explored BookCreator and some of awesome tools in Discovery Education. #122edchat
A1: I am actually stepping back a bit from tech. Might look at having kids do a weekly podcast or something but I am embracing paper and pencil this year. #122edchat
My school moved from @Schoology, which I loved, to Unified Classroom. I’ve been trying to make the best of it and help my Ss navigate it. I’ll be honest I miss Schoology. 😢 #122edchat
A1: Yes! Using Pear Deck!! Another fun thing is having students to decide what their "Digital Citizenship Super Power" would be and desinging that super power! #122edchat
A1 I have observed many Ts getting out of their comfort zones with technology so far. Coolest thing so far was seeing @Flipgrid being used to provide summary of a book. #122edchat
A2: I go low-tech at the beginning of the year to ensure students feel comfortable with face-to-face interactions. Then we can start working in those tech tools! #122edchat
A2: I am a huge fan of G suite for the 4 C's, but using @hapara_team workspaces really helps facilitate this process and makes the learning richer and deeper. #122edchat
A2: So many favorite tools! Class Dojo..love the new portfolio feature! Flipgrid! Pear Deck, Google slides, and so many more. The options are endless! #122edchat
A2: Started the year teaching them how to use @screencastify@canva@flipgrid@powtoon and @gsuite. As the year continues, I am looking to incorporate Digital Breakouts, maybe some blogging and podcasting too. #122edchat
A2 My goal is to include as many skills as I can in everything we do! We do the Big Question Debate, daily TQEs, instruction-less challenges! Today, students made towers out of nothing but paper & in 15 minutes got to 58 1/2 inches! Reflecting on processes tomorrow! #122edchat
A2: We realized that last year we did things backwards in our Lab. We pushed the kids to the engagements and expected them to problem solve and communicate. This year, we have been having collaborative discussions, doing team building activities before engagements. #122edchat
I cannot wait to introduce them this year. I'm going to be slower in launching some of the tech this year in new building, but hyperdocs transformed my classroom last year! #122edchat
A2: Really any app can be used for any of the 4c's... The key is giving students voice and choice while guiding them with a foundation if relationships.
#122edchat
Come on in. We are ready for an awesome ride tonight as we discuss how we can create the perfect environment for students to learn and never forget. #LastingLearning.
Every Wed. at 8pm EST
A1: The start of the year with me will be teaching my littles how to use the chrome books and how to get to the sites we’ll use this year! Not new, but always changing! #122edchat
A2: The verdict is still out there how I will best run a personalized learning environment with a combination of low tech and high edtech tools in order for my students to accomplish their goals and publish their progress. Currently using #googleclassroom@Flipgrid#122edchat
A2: We realized that last year we did things backwards in our Lab. We pushed the kids to the engagements and expected them to problem solve and communicate. This year, we have been having collaborative discussions, doing team building activities before engagements. #122edchat
OMG...you guys, Ms. #ShiftThis herself is here!!!!!!! If you haven't read #ShiftThis by Joy Kirr, make a small shift for a big impact in your teaching! #122edchat
How are you deploying Google Slides? I saw something from @jmattmiller and @ShakeUpLearning about "rebranding" Slides usage this summer. Awesome stuff. #122edchat
In reply to
@effortfuleduktr, @jmattmiller, @ShakeUpLearning
A2: We collaborate using discussions! I set them up to solve problems together & discuss their strategies. I started with a breakout this year where they had to rely on their group members to solve the clues and break out! It was so amazing to see! #122edchat
A2: We’ll be using the unplugged activities from https://t.co/nC7DaMcKKY to start (lots of collab and creating there!), I’ll Intro Seesaw and Flipgrid as we get going to hit some of the other C’s #122edchat
A2: For the 4 C's we use Google Suite for collaboration, Padlet for Communication and Critical Thinking, also Remind for students and parents! #122edchat
Q2: well of course I’m gong to say WeVideo for that one. But anything that promotes new lines of inquiry and provokes purposeful and personal expression of ideas. #122edchat
Q3: Share one question you have about a tech tool, or ed tech in general as the year begins. Or, are you looking for ideas of how to integrate tech in a specific lesson? Let’s share! #122edchat
A3: A lot of the time I don't feel like I'm on my A game with tech. @mdeegan122 has inspired me to get on the grid method, so hopefully I'll be able to get that going for a unit! #122edchat
A3- We are always looking for new, robust tech tools and programs to use with our Ts and Ss. If anyone has any ideas, I’d love to hear them. #122edchat
So proud of @mrs_norkus247! The growth and progress that she has made as an educator is amazing. #122edchat, if you are not following this warrior, add her now!
A1: I have been playing around with screencasting and recording lessons for my Ss. So far it has been great and allowed Ss more independence. #122edchat
You totally will! I'm here anytime you need help or want to talk it through! Feel free to come check out our grid in progress anytime :) you're so awesome! #122edchat
A2: Honestly, I go largely old school for this - @KaganOnline strategies, get to know you games & surveys, lots and lots of chart paper, post-it notes, etc!! #122edchat
A3: To my hyperdoc friends out there, did you find that many of your students didn't realize they need to put things in the hyperdoc? I've had students say, "Oh I didn't know I needed to put that task in there." How do you teach that expectation? #122edchat
A3: Two of our biggest points of stress in our Lab is with @VernierST and @Stencyl. The resources are good, but student understanding and buy-in is low. We received training this summer, so we are hopeful to bring some life to those spots and make some magic this year. #122edchat
Q3: Share one question you have about a tech tool, or ed tech in general as the year begins. Or, are you looking for ideas of how to integrate tech in a specific lesson? Let’s share! #122edchat
A3: My big question would be... What is the best way to coach teachers in technology integration? How do you move a group from tech use to meaningful tech integration?
#122edchat
A3: We have brand new Kindergarten students starting on the Chrome books! What are some of your favorite tips for them getting on Chrome Books? #122edchat
You do! Totally, Joy! I love them. :) Wrote one last year & gave to @jcorippo & @mhebern for their site on writing "blended" writing paragraphs that MO tests HS Ss on. #122edchat
In reply to
@JoyKirr, @PHausTech, @GetKahoot, @peergrade, @quizizz, @jcorippo, @mhebern
Yeah, I'd definitely agree with you. It gives a great taste, and it leaves you wanting much, much more! I've been so impressed by what my Ss have been able to do with the free version though. #122edchat
In reply to
@mr_middle_2, @Screencastify, @canva, @Flipgrid, @Powtoon, @gsuite
A3: How can you get veteran teachers who are hesitant about implementing technology in their class ro buy in? Would love some find more innovative ways to use tech. in the hs level! Send me your BEST programs for secondary kids! #122edchat
A3: My has dropped WeVideo this year and I'm bummed. Is anyone using AdobeSpark with their students? (In the process of determining if their privacy/coppa meets our policies.) Need something for video creation! #122edchat
Q3: Share one question you have about a tech tool, or ed tech in general as the year begins. Or, are you looking for ideas of how to integrate tech in a specific lesson? Let’s share! #122edchat
A2 I start history w/ @SHEG_Stanford “Think Like a Historian” lessons = great for communication & critical thinking. I used Identity Webs from #BeingTheChange & a #sketchnotes#hyperdoc to foster creativity. Collaboration will come thru partner & group work soon enough #122edchat
It's been really productive. Getting ready to dive into the Civil War with my 7th graders and Geography with my 6th graders. Just finished a few days teaching them about some of the basic apps for class. #122edchat
Sorry, I'm late!!!! Kelly from Virginia Beach, VA #champforkids founder and gifted resource teacher... been a crazy day complete with water line explosion - YIKES! #122edchat
A3: I want to incorporate Flipgrid more. I know I'm using it to let my students self assess how they feel before they take a quiz/test but I'd like to incorporate it in other ways. #122edchat
Tools I've curated since my first summer on Twitter (when it was too much of a firehose for me)...
https://t.co/qugpoaJFL5
Share it with students and see what they create to show you what they know!
#122edchat is such a techie chat tonight!
#122edchat A3 Use Skype, FaceTime & Hangouts to bring primary source speakers to your students. Started this in 2013 in our 1980s class. The interaction engages our Ss. We have expanded it all our SS classes. Here are a few of our guests.
A1: I'm a tech teacher so I'm always looking for something new. @Flipgrid isn't new to us, but I have some exciting new ways to use it that I can't wait to reveal to my Ss when school starts! #122edchat#FlipgridFever
Q3 - Who wants to connect with my Ss using #gridpals on @Flipgrid? I am a rookie novice for sure but I have classes from K-5 that I am hoping to connect!!! #122edchat
Q3: Share one question you have about a tech tool, or ed tech in general as the year begins. Or, are you looking for ideas of how to integrate tech in a specific lesson? Let’s share! #122edchat
Sorry, I'm late!!!! Kelly from Virginia Beach, VA #champforkids founder and gifted resource teacher... been a crazy day complete with water line explosion - YIKES! #122edchat
A2) I’ve gone low tech and used my whiteboards across the room! In general though I love google tools to get students collaborating. @padlet is great for students to communicate ideas with #122edchat
A3 Something that I know will challenge me for a while this year will be using Doctopus & Goobric for my Ss performance assessments. I'm looking forward to the challenge to expand on what I am doing already. #122edchat
A4- We have a big campaign to get our elementary parents on Seesaw and our parent app Sangha right now. This will allow for 2 way communication between home and school. Seesaw really allows learning to come alive for parents! #122edchat
A3: I’m pretty new to using technology in my classroom but I’m definitely trying to integrate it in. Any easy to navigate tools for third grade math? #122edchat
Have you used @Mentimeter before? You could put an equation in and then have them put the answer in. They submit anonymously so they are free of embarrassment if they get it wrong, and you can see how your students are doing. #122edchat
In reply to
@mr_hayes, @quizizz, @GetKahoot, @Desmos, @Mentimeter
A4 Students don't know it yet, but we have a class Instagram account and hashtags. Each student will be assigned a week to post the most important thing we're doing. 40 weeks! They'll get my phone and I'll approve the post. We're going to change the "teen" reputation! #122edchat
#122edchat Check out the current explorer series for @flipgrid ! It is math focused (and can be adapted for 3rd grade!)
Also I know @SusanCast7 uses @goformative all the time with her students! Connect with her if you need to!
In reply to
@BlairHicks6, @Flipgrid, @SusanCast7, @goformative
Are you guys using @tinkercad for designing for your 3D printer? It is very user friendly. If I were closer, I'd stop by and work with you guys. Cleveland, GA would be a long commute. #122edchat
In reply to
@Dr_Octavius77, @TesnateeGapElem, @tinkercad
A4: We share our best work through a Google presentation we make and send to teachers! (Include both students and teachers working hard), develop a Twitter presence, utilize all types of communication... newsletters, FB, emails home, magazine submissions #122edchat

I started with instructions, then modeling, next came prayer. I am thinking of VooDoo dolls next.... LOL Some are less invested than others. #122edchat
A4: This is one of our targets as a team! We are looking to bring people (school and community) into our Lab so they can experience what we see every day. Beyond this, we plan on tweeting, writing student-developed newsletters, and sharing photos on the hallway TV. #122edchat
A4: Sharing with families via Seesaw, community via projects created by the Ss, hopefully a student created blog at some point! Gotta keep finding ways to share what's happening in our class! #122edchat
I think reading #BoldSchool by @Wes_Kieschnick may be an affirmation of the tried and true, but challenge them to push their teaching to the next level. #122edchat
A3 Since I use more and more #HyperDocs, I want to make sure they are actually #HyperDocs and not digital worksheets. I also want to explore @FlipGrid more beyond the Book Talks the kids are currently creating. #122edchat
It might be difficult for you to swing, if you have your own classroom, but co-teaching and guest teaching open quite a few doors. Or, if that won't work, invite them into your space to let them see the benefits. Be available. #122edchat
You HAVE to look into it! I tried it last year & can share my daily plan. All research is provided. One question goes out nationwide (worldwide). Teams work to prep, then participate/judge 3 rounds. 2-3 weeks. It helps with writing! I think apps are still out! #122edchat

A4 Using @Seesaw connects families to their students' work. An awesome way to share learning. A couple years ago, we were blogging & sharing original compositions-connecting with younger music Ss from another state for feedback. I'd like to pick up blogs again.#122edchat
A3: I probably have a million but I am too brain fried to think of them. Luckily our tech guru @CaldwellElemen@GuysBride is pretty awesome, and I've got the awesome @bmilla84 to help me out with all tech tools that involve student voice & choice! #122edchat
Q3: Share one question you have about a tech tool, or ed tech in general as the year begins. Or, are you looking for ideas of how to integrate tech in a specific lesson? Let’s share! #122edchat
A4 I would like to give parents access to Google Classroom. I read a great idea from Alice zkeeler about adding a "parent's corner to each assignment to keep them in the loop. #122edchat
#122edchat A4: Well I am looking for ways in which this will be most feasible for my students and manageable for myself. Have used google sites in the past with embedded @Flipgrid responses.
A2: I love @GooseChase and @Flipgrid ans @PearDeck and a simple google doc shared with parents on what we are doing in clas. Hoping to do it weekly! #122edchat
The good news is I don’t have to create that because @meagan_e_kelly has gladly shared so many of hers. I tend to forget about the digital breakouts. Thanks for the reminder! #122edchat
In reply to
@PHausTech, @quizizz, @GetKahoot, @Desmos, @meagan_e_kelly
Yes, taking all the time to show a tool and explain it doesn't work well. I learn best by playing and experimenting with tools, why shouldn't I give Ts the same opportunities? #122edchat!
A5- We continue to model the use of the technology in our PD. Whatever they are learning, we are using in an interactive way. So far, feedback has been positive (overall). We are always open to suggestions. #122edchat
I'm with Michael. Plus, there's so much behind that resistance. Listen, share your WHY, let them see it at work, and only then can you share the HOW. #122edchat
I use it at the start of my class meetings. Kids love it. Thankful that @E_Sheninger showed it to us at his keynote for @CCPS_VA Innovation Conference. #122edchat
In reply to
@mr_middle_2, @mr_hayes, @quizizz, @GetKahoot, @Desmos, @Mentimeter, @E_Sheninger, @CCPS_VA
A3b Another question I have (it might be a concern) is that using #HyperDocs widens yet deepens learning but it does not save me any time....not sure what to do about this. #122edchat
Pat, I have a theory. Find four that you can set as your foundation. Pour into them and allow them to model for others in your community. From there, you can utilize them to bring others along on the journey. Keep adding new info into the base people. #122edchat
A4: After hearing @gcouros speak, I have my P & rest of Eng dept ready to start Ss on Wordpress to build digital portfolios w/plans to add new classes to their portfolios next year. Goal is to have all HS Ss using 1 site for all classes to show work & goes w/them. #122edchat
A5: With my course being new, I hope that the blog and portfolios will be a quick way for colleagues to see what I have to offer. I am also hoping to become part of the Tech Team. #122edchat
A5: I want to start doing a simple 5 minute podcast highlighting some great lesson examples. Very similar to what @jmattmiller does. I would then email it to the building and tweet it. #122edchat
A5: Since I'm in class, I have to be intentional about conversations. If I can't speak face to face, I can tweet at people the successes that we are experiencing each day. Following others' feeds is also a great way to get a handle and integrate tech from afar. #122edchat
A5 Hoping to get teachers to use @Socrative and then the conversations should start! It's the 1:1 conversations which can really have an impact! #122edchat
haha, love it. Let me know how some of those work out for you! I did a training this year for Google Slides with one slide! People were taken off guard at first but loved all the work time. #122edchat!
A5: Using Twitter to share with my colleagues! And talking about all the cool stuff that's happening! Of course - inviting them in to see the magic in action! #122edchat#Observeme
A5: I am on the school and division innovation committees. We are also getting ready to start using pineapple charts to promote collaboration. Hoping to help out with some trainings as well. #122edchat
Exploring @tinkercad is a great way for kids to learn about 3D printing. The tutorials are great and it will take them through the basics and then they can get creative! #122edchat

Another stellar performance this evening #122edchat faithful! Beyond proud of each one of you! Speaking of stellar...how about @mr_middle_2 leading the discussion tonite? Job well done!. NEXT WEEK, same time, same place, we have @Rdene915 and @hollysking talking about CREATIVITY.
A4 Well, I love tweeting out the work and cool things our kids do generally, but I would like to explore digital portfolios using Google Sites. It’s just a matter of finding the time to make this happen. #122edchat
Busy & somewhat stressful (my kiddos come from kinder and have no idea how to work in elementary, so there's a training period). I feel the same way, lucky to teach at my school. :) #122edchat
A5: I plan to share with colleagues via conversations, email, social media, team meetings, one-on-one meetings, and examples of student greatness helped, enhanced, or shared by technology.
#122edchat
A5: We will share creative technology with our teachers by opening up classrooms to one another for peer to peer learning, offer differentiated PD that is driven by teacher and student need. Model for them & show you are committed with them! #122edchat
Don't touch that dial, #122edchat! #betheone with @sheehyrw is on the air at 7:45 followed by our good friend, @khoggardGRT taking the lead for #kidsdeserveit at 8. Rest up and get your typing fingers ready to do some fast "finging"! :)
#122edchat A5 Twitter, Facebook and PDs. Goal is to have our staff lead or share in the PD session to show other teachers/staff what is possible to achieve with technology.
A5 I share a lot of what I do on social media. My colleagues often check in with me about some things I've tried. I love to share what I'm doing--what works for me & what may not. I volunteer to present or share fairly often. #122edchat
Thank you all for joining #122edchat in this first week of school (for many!). It's been a blast learning from you. Looking forward to applying what I've learned in the classroom!
I find that even when they post on Padlet or Google Q, my middle schoolers still talk with each other over/around their computers...pretty cute and cool actually. #122edchat
Yes! We began to lay the foundation with this last year. I began an innovation committee at the district level and know each building will have their own this year too! #122edchat!
A5 This year @DeannPoleon and I are creating a “What’s On The Menu?” Guide for all of our LSCSD teachers sharing lesson and project ideas to choose from. #122edchat
I only use IG for students - and on our class IG I try to post only videos or still shots NOT of kids - I guess I'm trying to protect them from taking the photos and using them in other ways. #122edchat
If Seesaw is only used as a digital portfolio,then maybe not. Classroom is a great platform 2 assign,receive&grade work, but I don't think it has the same portfolio abilities as Seesaw does.U can now leave assignments in Seesaw,so if that function is being used, maybe? #122edchat
In reply to
@daleyscience, @mrs_norkus247, @Seesaw
A5 I have been doing this so much lately and LOVE it, although sometimes I can't get my own stuff done. I ran some summer PD, put out a Tech Tuesday Newsletter once a month and offer to help everyone!! #122edchat
Thanks, Joy! Going to try to use Edmodo with @taenos99 and her 8th graders AND with @LeachTeach4 and her seniors. Let Ss mentor Ss on writing and also be authentic audiences. Will use @peergrade too, and @Flipgrid , probably Padlet...#122edchat
In reply to
@JoyKirr, @taenos99, @LeachTeach4, @peergrade, @Flipgrid
A5 As a district Tech Innovator, it’s my job to share creative use of tech at my site. As ELA department chair as well, I have added a “TechNiques” section to our meetings to share useful tech tools and tips. But I also have a site #PLC & we share all the time. #122edchat
I think they're separate tools. Both have their purpose. Quizlet is the perfect for vocab drill and practice. Also has the collab component. Quizziz is kind of like a self-paced Kahoot. #122edchat
I will bring in tech around the 3rd week, and yes I notice that too! I just like to start without the worry of tech issues. I guess I am still "old school" in some ways! #122edchat
A5: I have ONE period a day this year to be the district (PK-12) Tech Integration Coach! Can't wait to share with Ts! Will develop a website/smore and also be in the classrooms with them this year! #122edchat Oh, and I blog. :)
Wixie is great for just about everything. They can create, add voice, make multiple pages, etc. @Seesaw is awesome! Follow @LBStrunk for great ideas for primary kids to use seesaw! I have used @DoInkTweets Greenscreen with kindergarteners before also! #122edchat
In reply to
@TamiJ123, @Seesaw, @LBStrunk, @DoInkTweets
A4: I have a school @Flipgrid that we use to share our work & also on Seesaw. I also post what we are up to on my Twitter, Instagram, & Facebook! #122edchathttps://t.co/MLSd5Wtsea
There will always be tech issues...sporadic wifi, kids not charging their chromebooks, you name it.... I'm still waiting for my magical fairy technology powers to kick in .... #122edchat
Yes! The other two are getting started with school, so hopefully we can get it going in the next couple of weeks! We're in a @voxer group to connect and plan how we want to do this. Had Ss write a sample paragraph this week so that I have a baseline. #122edchat
In reply to

You are a dynamo, Rachelle! Chatting everywhere. No worries. Thanks for checking in. Happy to have you taking the lead next Wednesday. Very thankful. #122edchat
A5: Since we don't have a separate tech coach & I'm teaching 2 programs it's hard to find time to share in person. I rely heavily on email, shared drive, Google Classroom, & finding time to stop by classrooms when I can. #122edchat
I have kids who are tech wizards and they shove me aside and get 'er done for each other when it comes to troubleshooting! It's become an #EachOneTeachOne situation in class. #122edchat
Great chat but gotta run! Rebuilding the school's website from the ground up is a bit time consuming! Great chat, @mr_middle_2 and #122edchat crew! Have a fab rest of your week! #4OCFPLN
