A1: I have used newsletters quite a bit. I have also been know. To email teachers that would really benefit from that specific resource and even stop teachers in the hall and tell them about it. #txlchat
A1: we have the links up on all school sites and the district library dept makes updated bookmarks with these links along with other databases we pay for 2 share w/ Ts & Ss! I also usually make a brochure or bookmark w/ 4 Ts - this is included #txlchat

A1 I tend to refer to resources at point of need or with specific learning instances. I need explore Learning Express more - the new EBSCO resource. #txlchat
#TxLChat#Texquest A1 Recruit new teachers by sharing TexQuest a new to district trainings or mentorship groups. Check in from time to time and offer to co-teach or partner up.
A1: I love showing Ss and Ts databases during research projects. I love how @FollettLearning Destiny Discover will search our #TexQuest resources all in one place! #TxLChat
A2 I’ve worked more closely with English 3 (AP Language) and AP Capstone Seminar classes. Need to follow up with our A&P / environmental systems teacher. #txlchat
Q3 Which TexQuest content have you found best to use with HS or MS or ES students? Are there certain content area Ts that use TexQuest databases more frequently? #TexQuest#TxLChat
#TxLChat#TexQuest. Absolutely Love Gale TERC. Offer to do mini-lessons for student registrations for AP courses. Get those kids familiar with test strategies and practice exams.
A4: I’ve had so great success with LearningExpress with many of my teachers and even my counselors. They love the college and career readiness resources!! #txlchat
A1 point of need referrals seem to be working as well “listening in” to conversations. An example @CamilleProffer one of our newest teachers was mentioning this lesson about speeches. I asked if I could show her this great resource. It lead to me teaching her class! #txlchat

A4 Our district’s auto tech classes are on a specialzed CTE campus. I need to become better acquainted with Learning Express to know how and where I can most effectively promote it. #txlchat

Can I just say how AMAZED my students were about how EASY research was by using #texquest resources? They were relieved to know they didn't have to go through so many Google pages! #librarywin#txlchat
So not sure where this fits in and haven’t tried it YET, but today on the future ready forum on Facebook someone posted info about a Chrome Extension & Gale’s Opposing Viewpoints. Just putting it out there. I think it’s in Beta? But, yea! #TxLChat

A6: I did not know this! I usually search by title or author. I could create a handout coupling lists w/ resources! Would be a great follow up to summer rdg - offering Ss choice! Or maybe a new rdg challenge! #txlchat
A3 not necessarily content, but I always focus on efficiency w/ the resources found in the content areas. As a student myself, being able to link Google/Microsoft in some resources, connect items, highlight text & take notes is such a worthy technique & so transferable. #TxLChat
