Do you guys have favorite apps that help with personalized learning? Like, do you feel that an app helps with choice for demonstrating learning, choice and voice, flexible pacing, etc.?

I notice that Math seems to get left in the cold when it comes to implementing instructional tech., mostly because the computation for problems requires paper. Do you know an app that is a good substitute or works around this?
