    The best way I can think of is to keep up with the grass-roots efforts. Hopefully admin buys in further spreading the message of all the possibilities. Doesn't all fall on admin, but their influence can do a lot of good in steering new/reluctant Ts in right direction! #LeadLAP

    A4- I model risk-taking by showing that I get new ideas from reading, observing other campus leaders and through PD. I visited two campus PLCs out of my district to learn this year. I implement those new ideas and then get feedback on what I can continue to improve on. #LeadLAP

    We implemented orthographic mapping activities this year. It required Ts to re-evaluate how they did SG reading instruction. I provided PD & modeled during collaborative planning. Before I ever ask my Ts to do something, I model for them and we work through it. #LeadLAP

    A6 We use Padlet for evaluating websites and ask students to add websites for homework and say why they think it is a valuable source. In the lesson we look at the padlet and decide together what to keep. We then use this as our resources for the topic. #LeadLap

    A7: Many Ts across our district come to me with ideas for PD offerings that they want to facilitate. Our district wide Book study began with a T about 130 Ts participated this year #LeadLAP
