My Principal is out in the hallways every morning engaging with kids. Makes me smile everyday.
I almost get knocked over by a hug every day from a first grader. That is one of my favorite morning routines.

I love the smile of a student taking pride in their work & the accompanying smile of pride from the T who knows the S now gets it.

My daughter's teacher had a chinchilla in middle school. Heard about it EVERY day! Loved it!
Being the lead learner in the room that many come to first thing each morning (MC). The Ss who come in regularly are awesome!
