#fcpslearn A2 The focus allows us to sharpen skills that our Ss will need beyond k-12: Metacognition, self assessment, decision-making, communication...
A2: Our students are the ones doing the learning and growing. Not including them would miss so much direction and engagement. Student Voice create the life in the learning. #fcpslearn

A3: Not all students give their voice the same way...Some need prompting, others do not. Some offer their voices in silent manners and in small groups. Some need to simply be watched.

A5: Reflection gives us the opportunity to look at what we are doing from the outside looking in without judgement. It teaches us about us... Feedback comes from outside and guides us to reflect. #fcpslearn

A4 I'm def lrng here! We leverage S voice by ensuring that ea child has an opportunity to speak - whether it's during our daily Mrng Share, using random cup to call on all kids regularly, sharing Wrtg pieces & kids calling for ?s & comments. (Mostly low-tech for me!) #fcpslearn
