Good Morning Marci! How are you?
B/c I know so many stories of Ss lives intimately, I have more empathy for those I encounter daily.
Jessss!!! So happy to see you! Busy of course- is there any other way to be? How are you?
Being a teacher also taught me how I wanted my own children to behave in school.
Oh yay! Are you still on Voxer? Would love to catch up & hear all about this!
for sure it's a struggle but getting there !!
This is absolutely critical if we are to be at our best for kids!
I never really thought about that, but it is so true!
I am doing great! I hope things are well with you!!
Yay vacation! What're your plans for today & the rest of the week?

Hey friends. Enjoying a great day of staff led PD here today! Full of positivity & excitement!
Yep! I will drop a vox! 😃

Busy verging on overwhelmed at present, but think things are starting to move in a good direction. Feeling hopeful!

Its a positive atmosphere w/ preK-12 all working & learning together to build a better school
Be reflective and honest, because you can always be better.
Awesome! I have a million Qs! How were staff/topics chosen & how will Ts know which sessions are best for them/their Ss?
I've learned to take chances, see what works, & never stop learning from everyone!
Great to see others participating in with their students. What type of projects are your Ss working on?
So lovely. I like that a lot.
Would you mind sharing how the day was developed? Process of asking Ts to present, etc.
Creation is something I, too, learned as a teacher & keep learning in other educational roles. So true.
Call was put out asking Ts who wanted to present via Google Form. Poster session, TedTalk, or 90 min session.
Learned EVERYONE has value. Allow them to contribute to the community the best way they know how. Dont force people into your vision
Yes! You read my mind, Jill. I think we need a little Vox from about all this! I'm so intrigued.

We've even got a PD day website. I'll ask if I can share...
I would very much appreciate it!
Use to think if I poured everything I had into someone else I'd feel empty. Wrong. To fill someone else's cup is to fill my own.
of course. Happy to share. Back to the learning!
I guess that's where educators get into trouble. My take is teaching is all about how to ask questions. +
