Find 1 thing to laugh or smile about each day. Also, find 1 hobby and dig deep into that hobby.

Leadership helps set culture/facilitate balanced community. Though I agree all stakeholders are responsible in some way.

Don't spend all your waking hours at school. More hours does not mean better work. At some, efficiency decreases... Then burnout.

Give yourself permission to take a break! Do something that makes you happy! Breathe! Find the excitement in the mundane!

Feel comfortable sharing your personal interests & passions with the school community - you are a person, not just a teacher.

Avoid teacher burnout: I seek to learn something new that inspires me!

Take time to be away from your classroom and the educator side of you. Otherwise the weight is heavy.

Great idea! I believe that "teacher burnout" is a choice. Choose to see the good.

Sponsor a student club with an activity you, too, enjoy : chess, math, a hobby, seeing kids excited for a topic is encouraging
