@ProductEtc Not by and large.. I've seen success with Padlet, Flipgrid, Explain Everything, Google Suite. But also seen each of those used solely as Substitution. #CUEChat
A2: @Flipgrid is already transforming the way student voice is being amplified by the Ts who use it...now that it's FREE I think it's going to become a gold standard. #CUEchat
A2: Virtual Reality and the use of @Google Expeditions is one of those experiences that’s changing the game with hands on experience. Great opening and closing on lessons. #cuechat
The creation piece is KEY! Getting Ss to be more than just tech consumers but creators as well is also a next level piece that is going to be more and more how we do business. #cuechat

A3: YouTube vids + #HyperDocs = Ultimate student engagement. There's always a YouTube vid that can explain a concept in an way that is far more exciting that I could. Combine w/ the powerful lesson design of a HyperDoc and you have powerful learning! #cuechat
A3: Doesn’t really count as app smash, but Autocrat is like a personal assistant to me at this point in the game. Whether it’s with Docs, Forms, Sheets, or Slides...it saves me time and sanity! #cuechat@nvCloudlab
Ok, I Googled it and it was Dec 2017, which, in my defense, I was super pregnant and just trying to survive teaching 6th graders. So makes sense I missed the announcement. #cuechat
A3: I like @Procreate with Slides, kids create their own drawings to insert. and my kids loved @FlipaClip with @WeVideo this year. One student even won a contest with his video on digital citizenship #cuechat
Our school has a partnership with the Tech Museum of Innovation in San Jose, and I've been chatting w/ a lot of our Science Ts about the hands-on labs. They're digging it for sure. #cuechat
A4: Thankful that we get to provide opportunities to have Ts learn, collaborate, and share their learnings through our Tech Fair and so much more. #CUEchat
A4: Always some sort of directive of how to find a partner ("someone with something in common with your shoes, someone who's the same height as you, etc.) Otherwise people stand around or just go to their friends. Also, give a sentence frame to make it productive. #cuechat
A4: With my students, noting gets them going like a competition. It could be building the tallest tower from spaghetti or index cards or a walk around the building...if you give them time and space, the convos and creativity will follow. #cuechat
I wish I lived closer to stuff like that, growing up in San Jose I never realized how fortunate I was to be able to take multiple trips a year to the Tech or Exploratorium #CUEchat
That's a real struggle with some of these smaller more niche tools, it's never a guarantee they'll still be useable in the same way from year to year. #cuechat

My students write and share daily. I like to do goofy sentence frames and different find a partner techniques. I find if they have time to write first, they will have something to share. And make it fun! #cuechat
Cool!! We did a scavenger hunt downtown as a staff community builder at the start of last year. I'm ready to step it up a little bit from our little analog/snap pictures one! #cuechat

A2: I know coding isn't new but it is new to me. We are launching a mini-grant for #spheros I think if we can make coding make sense at an early age, we are going to set kids up with skills for success #cuechat
A3: I have a whole training app smashing Google Classroom with everything imaginable. It is so versatile- lesson design, formative assessment, interactions. It's not just for lesson delivery #cuechat
Instead of having a classroom teacher license, you submit per game. Allow a couple of days for it to be made active, but it’s not a bad process. If using with larger groups, you can pair/group up to reduce the numbers. #cuechat

A4: I recently experienced Math 360 with @edcampOSjr and I must say that my eyes were opened to what you can accomplish when up and out of seats. Great convos and teacher gets to "see" learning literally around the room. #cuechat

My biggest cheerleaders throughout the year are @mrnickcusumano, my #googleEI#COL16 family, and my “tech guy” @hpanethiere. Thankfully @mulligan_edu has humored my ideas this year...which is (as he’s discovering) equal parts productive and dangerous. #cuechat
