What makes an #edcamp or #conference model effective PD? CHOICE. Ts are professionals. Give them oops to choose what they want to work on and when they want to do it. #edtech#education

This!! I went to my first #edcamp in the fall and loved meeting local educators and admins who swapped TONS of practical, evidence-based ideas that actually work in their schools. All free with no "icky corporate after-taste" (as @cultofpedagogy eloquently phrases it 😉)
