A1: as a coach I always wanted people on my team to tell me what they thought, not what they thought I wanted to hear. So I try to make sure I value what they bring to the table and give them roles to fit their strengths. #admin2b
A2: Trust the people you work with. If you give them a job, let them do it, even if it’s not the way you would do it. Trust their experience and expertise. #admin2b
A2: The strengths of those you serve must first be recognized. Too often we see shortcomings before strengths. Develop leadership from within by leveraging with others to promote what you value. #admin2b
